    They never delivered my insulin like they where suppose and you can't get anyone on the phone because it's just a recording and then it hangs up on you, I E-mailed them many times and was told it would be delivered but haven't received it

    This is from their tracking website. Really bad GPS and mapping system. I don't know any system that would pin the address at this location.

    Completely unreliable. Horrific customer service, and they claim on their website to have a "fanantical customer service", whatever that means. Terrible tracking system. I would rather use USPS mail system. Not only they must have a bad GPS system but also clueless drivers. I ask for a deliver to an apartment and the driver went to a gated water tower next door! Even had the audacity to note an attempted delivery but didn't have access because it need a gate code. Dumb.

    It's marked as delivered here, but the next photo shows a package-free door.

    This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. On multiple occasions over the past two years since I moved to California, I've had packages that were "delivered" by Deliver It. After waiting for several days, much longer than a typical package will take to be delivered, these guys will mark the package as having been delivered, when in reality, they haven't even attempted to deliver it. They will claim to have called you, when they haven't even bothered to do that much. On one instance, they even called me to let me know they were outside of my apartment building, and I told them I would be right down, but as I was heading downstairs, the guy hung up on me...and when I got to the lobby door where he said he was, he had already left (this all took place in under 2 minutes). So if you see Deliver It marked in your tracking information, be prepared to contact the sender for a replacement, and ask that they use a different service. Oh, and on the rare occasion that someone answers the phone when you try to call Deliver It, they will be completely unhelpful and insist that your package must have been stolen, even when the driver has provided a photo of your package-free door that is supposed to somehow show why they were unable to deliver your package, while also contradicting the fact that they marked your package as delivered. TLDR: This is a terrible company that deserves to go under, and any company that uses their services is making themselves look bad by association.

    Scheduled a move for 10/14 at 1pm…read more They pushed the time back because of a delay with the move before me. I had to reach out for updates. They then canceled on me 20 minutes before the rescheduled time, saying they *couldnt* leave the other move to honor my appointment even tho the other person wasn't even packed. (They just wanted that extra hourly cost from that person I'm sure). Rescheduled for the next day. Cost me money because I had already paid for daycare and for a cleaner to come to my old place. I had to pay for another day of day care and pay my cleaning person a cancellation fee plus the cleaning fee. Almost $300. Despite being very clear about moving a 1400sq ft place, they showed up with a truck that was too small to do it in one trip as discussed (Dragging out the time/cost). One mover was polite. The other was rude and the overall experience was beyond unprofessional. They left me with scratched and wobbly/damaged furniture from mishandling. They even asked us to help move things ! When the office person sent the text requesting payment, I asked about the price being adjusted for the huge and expensive inconvenience they caused me the day before and she was reluctant to do anything. After my insistence she gave me a small discount, but in actuality I should not have paid a dime over the originally quoted price due to the unprofessionalism and what they cost me by canceling. I asked if they were an insured company and she refused to answer or address my damaged furniture. She was generally pretty defensive and kept repeating the same excuse instead of wanting to accommodate me. I will obviously never recommend or use this company.
