I was expecting a package on the 15th. On the 14th, I got an email saying my package was out for delivery that day. I was so excited and clicked the link to put down my apartment gate code. They came by and said "No gate code - couldn't deliver." I was annoyed, but it happens. Then, I tried putting it on the website again, which I did as well as directions for where to put it if they don't get in the gate. For a second day, they did not deliver because they said no gate code again. I messaged their customer service and emailed their customer service to let them know my gate code and the issues. I called the customer service line and all it said was If you have the tracking number, put it in the website. It then went on to tell you if you are a client, please contact your person. Then it hung up. No help at all and I have exhausted my efforts to get a hold of them. Hopefully third time is the charm. My last attempt is this review to get their attention! read more

Absolutely horrible experience. First said my new iPhone was delivered with only a picture of our gate as proof. Apple opened a shipping investigation. Turns out that they tried to deliver because they gave no notification of delivery date and didn't attempt the footgate they just marked it as undeliverable and sent my phone back to Apple. I have been waiting weeks for my phone and my current phone is on the fritz and glitching constantly. Now more time waiting for shipping and hours lost to figure out what the heck this idiotic company did with my phone. This is maddening. I expected Apple to contract with a shipping company that wasn't completely inept. I will NEVER order from Apple again. If I can't get from the Apple Store, I won't get it. I have almost never given out one star reviews, but wow, awful. The other reviews on here aren't lying. They're supposed to deliver my nespresso pods and have texted me that I have a bad address three times. No, we don't. We've gotten every single other package we've ever ordered here fine for the last 13 months we've lived here, and sometimes still even get the old owner's packages. They keep going to "Avenue" when my address is a "Drive." Now, can I text back or talk to a human at the company to correct them and tell them how to get to my house which isn't that hard in the first place? Nope, they say call the carrier. Nespresso had to send a second order, but it's being delivered through them again so now I'll have to wait for it not to be ordered, call them again, and go to a UPS instead of conveniently receiving a package at my house. Absolutely deplorable service. My Ring camera caught the delivery person toss my package from 6 ft away. The package bounced and landed at my doorstep where the delivery person snapped the picture for proof of delivery. After seeing this on video, I called the company but the website's chat feature is disabled. I left an email detailing the delivery issue with no response from the company. I called their direct line which is only a voicemail with no option to leave a message. I called their toll free number and was routed to a soliciting medical device representative trying to sell me a medical alert product. Completely unethical business practices that employ staff who seem to model their service ethics and do not take care of the products they are charged with delivering. I called Nespresso to let them know of the delivery issue so they can take caution with using this terrible delivery service. In the end, Nespresso had to replace my products which doesn't seem to save on the costs of using such a terrible company. read more

Completely unreliable. Horrific customer service, and they claim on their website to have a "fanantical customer service", whatever that means. Terrible tracking system. I would rather use USPS mail system. Not only they must have a bad GPS system but also clueless drivers. I ask for a deliver to an apartment and the driver went to a gated water tower next door! This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. On multiple occasions over the past two years since I moved to California, I've had packages that were "delivered" by Deliver It. After waiting for several days, much longer than a typical package will take to be delivered, these guys will mark the package as having been delivered, when in reality, they haven't even attempted to deliver it. They will claim to have called you, when they haven't even bothered to do that much. On one instance, they even called me to let me know they were outside of my apartment building, and I told them I would be right down, but as I was heading downstairs, the guy hung up on me...and when I got to the lobby door where he said he was, he had already left (this all took place in under 2 minutes). So if you see Deliver It marked in your tracking information, be prepared to contact the sender for a replacement, and ask that they use a different service. Oh, and on the rare occasion that someone answers the phone when you try to call Deliver It, they will be completely unhelpful and insist that your package must have been stolen, even when the driver has provided a photo of your package-free door that is supposed to somehow show why they were unable to deliver your package, while also contradicting the fact that they marked your package as delivered. TLDR: This is a terrible company that deserves to go under, and any company that uses their services is making themselves look bad by association. read more

I've now had 3 failed delivery attempts. The first failed attempt they claimed there was no gate code despite me entering that information when prompted to via their website. I contacted support and provided all necessary information, gate code and basic instructions. They said it is updated and the driver will have that information for delivery the following day. Next day, another failed delivery attempt. Same reason: no one home/business closed/signature required. I contact support again. Support says they will make sure dispatch has that information (I thought they already did). Following day yet another failed delivery attempt reason being no gate code/gate access. Their support may respond quickly but they are pretty useless at solving your issues. It's now the weekend so I'll likely have to wait until Monday for yet another delivery attempt. Any businesses that use this service to fulfill deliveries should heavily reconsider. After 3 attempts they are sending my package back to Tilly's. They said I will have to contact Tilly's. Terrible delivery drivers for my Apple order. Their GPS tracking system doesn't update and status doesn't show until the next day. Instead of knocking or ringing doorbell, they call you without leaving a message??! Like I'm going to answer some unknown number? Or if they knock, they immediately leave without waiting for me to reach my door? I've been missing my delivery and redelivery attempts. Been on phone hold for about 4 hours today, trying to call again and again throughout the day to figure out the redelivery. Absolutely terrible! Our payroll processing company switched delivery services. Our first payroll was left outside of the main building near a open loading doc on a shipping cart. After calling to inform it was unacceptable, was told the driver would come inside and would request signature. They LOST the following payroll. I called several times. Was placed on long holds was told. I would receive a call back. Had to call back in after 2 hours without word. Were told they were waiting for the driver to respond who was likely out of range of cell service or batter had died. (Not that likely in this day and age especially given we are located in the in the Bay Area). Took our payroll company 30 minutes on hold with them and me repeatedly calling them, for them to locate the driver. Two hours after our guaranteed drop off by time. Still no package. Be Ware. Apple for whatever reason uses this company to deliver. Probably because they are a cheap? Who knows. All I know is they never delivered my products. Was expected to receive a new iPad and after seeing the status as "out for delivery" on Deliver-It's janky website I awaited my ipad. Starting around 9am I checked for the delivery periodically every 30 min or so. My last check before the delivery confirmation was around 10:45am. Around 11:20am I receive confirmation from apple that my ipad was delivered, so I immediately rush outside to find nothing. Deliver-it's site was updated to show my delivery happened around 10:50 but no image of the package was uploaded. That is until about an hour later. Tried calling this place and no answer, called again and again and again. Tried leaving a voicemail but their voicemail is conveniently full. I sent an email and never received a response. I have a nagging suspicion that the delivery driver had something to do with this as they had to have known by the weight of the box this wasn't just something small, but probably a tablet or laptop. I live in a good neighborhood and have had large and small packages, electronics and other valuables delivered to my house and never had a problem. Valuable packages have sat outside in plain sight for the entire day with no one taking them. Yet somehow this package disappeared within a brief window of time just conveniently enough for the driver to take a pic of a package on my front door. Save yourself the headache and avoid their business, and if you don't believe me, look at what others have written about this place online. I had a Redbox, wine, and palace one Chinese food delivered to me tonight from the owner Kevin himself for only $7+tip. I was really surprised how fast he was and how easy the process ks.
