Easy Shipping is a wonderful company! I received their contact information from a store that we had purchased a bedroom set. Right from the beginning, their customer service was excellent! Sweeta was our main contact and she was kind and professional. My parents just passed and we got rid of their bed and I had been sleeping on the couch. obviously, we were anxious to get the bed delivered. Unfortunately, due to our work schedules, we had limited availability to be at home. We had asked Easy Shipping to deliver our furniture in the next few days, and they had indicated that even though they were already booked up, they would check with their supervisor to see if anything could be done to accommodate us. I could not believe it when Sweeta called me back to say they would adjust day and times for their pickups so that they could accommodate us! We used this company to have a couch delivered to our home from big lots and they were very reasonable and reliable. They were able to make the delivery and complete the installation within 2 days of our purchase! The delivery men were very respectful and got the job done very fast and arrived slightly early which was great for us! They also followed COVID 19 procedures which I was thankful for being 9 months pregnant! The lady we spoke to on the phone to set up the delivery appointment was very kind and helpful as well and they respond very fast via text! My experience with this company's customer service was amazing. Big Lots uses this independent moving company and it's a good thing they do. Big Lots failed to tell them about my order, gave me an incorrect quote on their costs and overall treated me terribly. This business went out of the way to correct Big Lots mistakes, stuck to the incorrect quote for me, and will be sending my large furniture to me sooner than they usually would since I had already waited a week.
