I ordered their 8 ounce forged burger described as "100% Ohio beef patty, Gloucestershire cheese, arugula, heirloom tomato, black garlic aioli, potato roll, side salad." Both meals were very good. They also have a variety of unique and tasty cocktails. The bartenders were very nice and friendly, service was awesome, and there is a nice modern vibe. The only problem I had was I booked a stay at the hotel and it was with the "Foundry Package"which comes with a $50 food credit at the Foundry. The bartenders weren't aware of this package and I had to talk to reception to get this resolved.
