(Hint, hint to the other "guys"....) After booking online, I realized that I needed to reschedule and was pleased to find an EASY way to re-schedule my cleaning in my confirmation email. Again, all. online. The day of, I forgot to call my gatehouse to let them know that we'd be expecting the maid. Security ended up denying her entry, and I promptly received a call from a gentleman who I now assume to be Gus (co-owner). He let me know what had happened and requested that I call the gatehouse, assuring me that he'd get in touch with the maid in the meantime. She arrived at our door shortly after, right at the scheduled time, and made our disaster-of-a-house beautiful again. I highly, highly, highly recommend U.S. Cleaning Service.

Was recommended to hire this company to clean Certain parts of my home. Part of the home was…read morecleaning all baseboards, wiping down all doors, polishing the cabinets and cleaning all 9 blinds. I was quoted that it would only take 2 1/2 hours. Well it was explained later after the appointment was made that they couldn't do blinds that have to be accessed on a ladder. If the blinds can be reached with a 2 step step stool that wouldn't be a problem. But with 7 of my blinds going up the stairs they would be unable to clean them. No worries. It should cut the time of cleaning the home now to less than 2&1/2 hours. Well they called and said they needed an extra half hour. So I agreed. However According to the company they clocked in at 1259 when they didn't walk through my door till 1:10. Then they left at 3:50. So in reality they were in my home for 2 hours and 40 minutes but was charged for three hours. When I called the company why the time discrepancy all they said was sorry and didn't adjust their time. They cleaned the baseboards that were visible but not behind furniture. And the cabinets were not polish just wiped down with a rag. If you hire this company make sure that the time the employees clock in is the same time they start working. 7/25 just read that Gus reached out to me to resolve any issues I had. Excellent customer service. Thank you

I had a very serious issue after using this cleaning company. After a cleaning at my home, I…read morediscovered unauthorized use of my credit card and reported it to law enforcement. I was later told police had video of the cleaner using my card. The cleaner who came to my home, Ashley Crisswell, was later listed in the Brevard County inmate search with charges dated February 11, 2026, including fraud-related and credit-card-related offenses. Public booking records also show prior felony bookings. My experience with the owner, Joseph Harrington, was also very frustrating. In my view, he delayed, avoided resolving the issue, and did not handle my complaint appropriately. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company in my home.

In the past year, we've had to have them come twice to vacuum because they did not do it in the normal clean. Also, I've been double charged twice, but the owner did compensate for that with a "free" cleaning session during the next schedule. My husband also noted that the cleaners were leaving after 1 hour, not using the entire time (1.5 hr every other week) we were billed for. I now have a new service and we'll see how it will compare.

A few days later, I contacted her to ask about cleaning our home. Two texts later, Savannah (the housekeeper) said ok. Iasked her if we could pay her with a check. Savannah confirms she and another cleaner will be at our home at said date and time. About 4 hours prior to said date and time, Savannah texts my wife's phone and asks if today is still ok to clean. After texting back and forth, just hours before she is supposed to clean, she says "I'm NOT going to clean for less than $5.00 an hour more than I make..." We said we would pay the two of them $40.00 an hour:$20.00 for each and we always tip very well. For example, we gave $40.00 to a gentleman the other day who delivered a new sofa to our home. She also says that they won't take a check. I say, ok, no problem. THEN: she texts, "how many homes do you have"? Huh??? I say "one" that we rent on a monthly or weekly basis (we get $5k a month, so NOT a cheesy home). Savannah texts, "I only will clean if you have 5 condos." I think, "who has 5 condos? Not me! Of course, she didn't have the courage to answer my phone call or show up just hours before she was supposed to. Do yourself a favor and call another company. She's one flaky and totally unreliable house cleaner! Anyway, I text her and ask her what her rate is. She never responds. She may clean well, but she is flaky and not to be trusted that she'
