I booked 321 Maids for a move-out cleaning totaling $436 because I needed the home cleaned to…read moremove-out standards and wanted to protect my security deposit. I specifically explained how important it was for me to get my deposit back and even asked the cleaner to please try her best because of how stressful the move-out process already was. Unfortunately, after the cleaning was completed, I found multiple areas throughout the home that were still incomplete, including buildup in the shower, dirt/debris in the refrigerator area, dirty baseboards and corners, areas that were not properly vacuumed, a toilet bowl that was still dirty, and a microwave that had not been properly wiped down. Kitchen surfaces and detailing also did not appear cleaned to the standard advertised in their move-out cleaning checklist. I've attached photos for reference. I contacted the company immediately and provided documentation. While they did attempt to send the cleaner back, I had already informed both the office and the cleaner that I had a strict deadline to return the keys to avoid additional move-out charges. The cleaner ultimately arrived after that timeframe, and I could not remain at the property longer due to my lease obligations. I also still had to complete additional cleaning myself afterward. I also want to clarify that I never confirmed the issues were fully resolved. I communicated multiple remaining concerns and had already informed both the office and the cleaner that I had a strict move-out deadline to return the keys. Because the cleaner arrived after that timeframe, I could not remain at the property long enough to reinspect or wait for additional cleaning to be completed. I appreciate that they initially responded and offered a 20% refund, but I personally did not feel that adequately reflected the extent of the incomplete work documented immediately after the service. After I continued attempting to discuss the matter and explain my concerns, communication eventually stopped. I would strongly recommend future customers thoroughly inspect the property before assuming a move-out clean has been fully completed.

This is not a touch up.it looks like they grabbed a paper towel and wiped some surfaces and poorly at that. I now have to clean everything myself before unloading my truck. They are now unresponsive and refuse to refund almost 500 dollars or services not rendered. Bathrooms, toilets, fans, windows and window sills, cobwebs, distugusting tile. All dirty. Noticed they left the freezer stayed open and leaked everywhere. Update: I poured a little bit of odoban on one section and dried it up with a paper and you could see a night and day difference in the floor. Emailed this with no response. Good evening, I have communicated many pictures and texts regarding the services I paid for. 1. Services requested and paid for: Deep Cleaning Move in. Including windows. I am demanding a full refund due to the following. Floors are disgusting. I passed over one area with odoban and the difference was notably night and day. The mop was disgusting. This clearly indicates the floor was either not cleaned or cleaned properly. Not constituting a "deep clean". Freezer door left open and leaking all over floor. Oven not cleaned. A paper towel removed the grime from the oven door. Window sills dusty. Clearly showing not even a cloth was passed. Ceiling fans dusty Bathrooms and toilets dirty. Bathroom tiles disgusting. Both toilets have rings which shows they were not cleaned. One toilet has some blue gunk on the inside that not even flushes help remove. Cobb webs under cabinets and behind toilet Refrigerator has filth around the door It is obvious the house was not cleaned much less "deep cleaned". Especially considering that this was a move in clean, I should have been able to unload my truck directly into the house. Instead, I had to purchase cleaning supplies, stop my move in process and spend hours cleaning the home to be able to move in. This in turn has also cost me an extra day with moving equipment as I was unable to unload into a professionally cleaned home. Not only has your company cost me extra time but also extra money, effort and an enormous amount of stress thus impacting my mental health. Having a maid come back AFTER a move in has already occurred completely defeats the purpose of paying nearly $500 in move in deep cleaning services. I was only contacted once in the morning and once after you supposedly cleaned. Your company did not provide any feedback if any issues arose. I expect a full refund as the services were not performed. I have provided many pictures via text. If a refund is not provided, I fully intend to submit this letter along with pictures to my credit card company for dispute and continue to take to court. This was by far the most unprofessional service received. A few days later, I contacted her to ask about cleaning our home. Two texts later, Savannah (the housekeeper) said ok. Iasked her if we could pay her with a check. Savannah confirms she and another cleaner will be at our home at said date and time. About 4 hours prior to said date and time, Savannah texts my wife's phone and asks if today is still ok to clean. After texting back and forth, just hours before she is supposed to clean, she says "I'm NOT going to clean for less than $5.00 an hour more than I make..." We said we would pay the two of them $40.00 an hour:$20.00 for each and we always tip very well. For example, we gave $40.00 to a gentleman the other day who delivered a new sofa to our home. She also says that they won't take a check. I say, ok, no problem. THEN: she texts, "how many homes do you have"? Huh??? I say "one" that we rent on a monthly or weekly basis (we get $5k a month, so NOT a cheesy home). Savannah texts, "I only will clean if you have 5 condos." I think, "who has 5 condos? Not me!
