They are in their late seventies, one with dementia and they have 3 Down's syndrome adult children that live with them. The house requires bi-weekly cleaning and I hired magic mops to give a helping hand. Initially they did so, but back in November, they inexplicably stopped. I was not made aware of this until we had a sudden death in the family and I travelled to visit. Now, while having to deal with this unfortunate and terrible situation, I had to also try to deal with magic mops. I called, left messages, I even used the text function on the website but to no avail. I have yet to hear back from them in over two weeks. All I wanted was to get the situation sorted out and get the house cleaned while burying a loved one. Not one communication from Magic Mops, but I can assure you they have been and continue to bill my credit card. To say Magic Mops is taking advantage of us is an understatement, and to think they would continue to bill for services they are not performing for an elderly and mentally handicapped household is abhorrent.
