Do not wait...hire them now! My husband and I have lived in our home for over a year and a half and…read morebecause of COVID and craziness it had become a bit off a mess. I was nervous to have someone come and do cleaning at first only out of my own embarrassment of how the house looked, but the whole point of having someone come in to clean is to make you love your home more. I wish we hadn't waited as long as we did to find For The Love of Clean! I met with Vanessa and Chasity and felt immediately comfortable with both of them. I took them on a tour of the home and they were not instantly scared away which was a great start. Then they mentioned that they are also certified organizers as well! We have no idea that was a thing. We had them come in and clean and organize our main living areas. We gave him full freedom to work their magic and we were SHOCKED at how amazing our home looked. They cleaned a corner of the living room that was the "corner of death" full of boxes and random junk that didn't have a home and they found a home for all of it. We had them come back 3 weeks later to help organize our upstairs guest bedrooms (junk rooms) and the level of care and love they put into their work is apparent. We cannot wait to have them help out with organizing the kitchen cabinets and pantry. Now we look forward to coming home and LOVE OUR CLEAN AND ORGANIZED HOME!! We have set up a monthly cleaning, but what really blew us away was the organizing. They help us to find things that will work in our space to help us organize things. We love they are comfortable taking the reins and helping us to use our space more wisely. They are also very pet friendly and are such warm and lovely people!! I will post the before and after photos from the organizing done in the bedrooms when I get home today! :)

The original spark arrester was replaced with a stainless arrester that simply had some holes around it with no overhanging top to protect from rain blowing in. I know that in a storm some water will get in even with a well designed system but this was so basic, the slightest drizzle with no wind had rain dripping in. Many months after installation, we noticed the chimney leaking and had been leaking for some time as the fire grate was totally rusted, which it never had been before. So we called them and they came out and found that the cap was bowed in due to occasional large birds sitting on it. Mr. Sweeper caulked around the arrester but couldn't reach all of it. Several days later we had the lightest of drizzles with no wind and the chimney leaked directly down the center, through the flue. When I called them up the woman became argumentative, telling me there was nothing wrong with the chimney cap and I need to call my roofer. I tried to explain that the water was coming in the chimney within the flue; likely through the area that was not caulked. It was apparent I wasn't going to get anywhere so I hung up. In a nutshell, I feel they sell an inferior product and aren't standing behind it.
