(Hint, hint to the other "guys"....) After booking online, I realized that I needed to reschedule and was pleased to find an EASY way to re-schedule my cleaning in my confirmation email. Again, all. online. The day of, I forgot to call my gatehouse to let them know that we'd be expecting the maid. Security ended up denying her entry, and I promptly received a call from a gentleman who I now assume to be Gus (co-owner). He let me know what had happened and requested that I call the gatehouse, assuring me that he'd get in touch with the maid in the meantime. She arrived at our door shortly after, right at the scheduled time, and made our disaster-of-a-house beautiful again. I highly, highly, highly recommend U.S. Cleaning Service.

I was quoted that it would only take 2 1/2 hours. Well it was explained later after the appointment was made that they couldn't do blinds that have to be accessed on a ladder. If the blinds can be reached with a 2 step step stool that wouldn't be a problem. But with 7 of my blinds going up the stairs they would be unable to clean them. No worries. It should cut the time of cleaning the home now to less than 2&1/2 hours. Well they called and said they needed an extra half hour. So I agreed. However According to the company they clocked in at 1259 when they didn't walk through my door till 1:10. Then they left at 3:50. So in reality they were in my home for 2 hours and 40 minutes but was charged for three hours. When I called the company why the time discrepancy all they said was sorry and didn't adjust their time. They cleaned the baseboards that were visible but not behind furniture. And the cabinets were not polish just wiped down with a rag. If you hire this company make sure that the time the employees clock in is the same time they start working. 7/25 just read that Gus reached out to me to resolve any issues I had. They started out strong, but they seemed to be taking a bit too long to get through things. Towards the end they must have run out is steam or something because there were quite a few things that didn't get done that I would have expected. They just told me they were done and left, no chance to walk through with them and see if they met my expectations. They left a toilet clogged, broke a towel rack and didn't tell me, didn't clean a couple of vent covers, left window tracks filthy, didn't finish cleaning the shower door tracks, etc. I expected more for how much we spent and having the house completely empty. I guess I set my expectations too high. The owner did say she'd send people back the next day to finish what they didn't do today, but I was going to have to pay for the additional hours and at that point I was just done. Same old story, if you want something done right, do it yourself.

It was a huge mess lots of sheetrock everywhere and caulking with all types of havoc it was a lot messier than I anticipated. These ladies came in and within half a day a whole crew of them cleaned up my work site like it was brand new and had never been touched. They did an amazing job and the price was great too!
