They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

I hired Loyalty Cleaning & Management for few months already and finally write them a review now…read more As we were moving out and selling our old house, searching online and found them, I called Eric for a few times and we couldn't reach each other at first, but I was glad I reached him finally. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

Overall, the cleaning was very well. I was even surprised that they cleaned all the windows that…read morethey could reach inside and outside. The only negative thing I found is that I do have a dog and a lot of dog hair was still left on the floor even though the floors were mopped and I did pay for a upholstery cleaning and the upholstery still had a lot of dog hair on it as well, but it could also just be my dog. Overall great value for what I got.

Big warning before you select these cleaners, the cleaners themselves are great, but the owners are…read moreextremely untrustworthy. When I had my deep cleaning, they accidentally cracked the glass cooktop on my stove. I am totally understanding that accidents happen. But I do expect if something like that does happen, for the company to take responsibility to make it right. I watched the woman who accidentally did it send pictures to her management. The first outreach we had after this was them sending the bill. They never mentioned the damage until we brought it up. It's been two weeks with my husband reaching out to get a repair started, all the while we have no working stove. They don't reach out proactively, we've heard essentially nothing l. And I fully expect they just stop answering because they have absolutely no intention of filing an insurance claim or paying for the damage they caused. Proceed with extreme caution.
