After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.

Yeah they canceled the appointment and never bothered to call or email me to give me a heads up. Meanwhile I scheduled my day around them showing up on time. They only clean for three hours, and if you ask them to focus on something like the fridge, they may not properly clean other areas. In my experience, they left my kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom surfaces covered in dust, grease, and dirt. When they finished, they didn't check in with me, the homeowner, to make sure the job met my expectations. Instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concerns with a careless response. This is an hourly cleaning service, not a true move-in/move-out cleaning. I regret not taking more photos to show how poorly they cleaned, as I had to spend the night finishing the job for my tenant. BEWARE.
