But it seems the company is under new ownership. My more recent job with them was subpar. When I reached out to them, they tried to blame me for misusing the item. The item was a diner booth bench. I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.

They consistently got back to my queries immediately and picked up and delivered the chair they upholstered for me promptly, in fact, they had my chair ready and delivered it earlier than expected! The price was fair and certainly more reasonable than the other quotes I received, in addition to being paired with more courtesy and service orientation. Shirley S.

For years, I was deeply frustrated by manufacturer defects (chips in the finish) that left all 25 of my drawers in sad shape as you can see from the photo. Because these issues didn't surface until after the dealer's warranty had expired, the manufacturer refused to provide any assistance. When I first called Rosini, I was a bit reluctant, but Alex, you reassured me that you could handle the repairs. I am so glad I trusted you. Net/net, they did a fantastic job!  The only issue was that it took a long time to get the leather we wanted.  Since they are a small shop, they don't have the quick access that a larger shop has.  However, once they had the leather, it took just a few weeks to complete the job.  Another thing to be aware of is that they couldn't do pick-up and delivery.  I had to get the chairs to them and back home, which we did.   We are so happy that our 25-year-old chairs look like new.  If you have the time to wait and the ability to get the items to them, I highly recommend their services!
