They submitted a claim to my insurance company and it was denied. I have been getting this same service for six years and it was always paid. The only difference is that I went to the Helen Graham center. I will never come to Delaware diagnostics again. You have caused me to have to pay for this imaging when I should not have to. It took a while to get all of my information in the computer, and then when I was called back for my MRI, I was told that both of the MRI machines were not working properly, and that my MRI might not work...No idea when they would be up and running again. When I tried to reschedule, it was months out, even at locations far way. To be clear, I'm talking about the one on Possum Park Rd. Everyone was very nice, but would not recommend. read more

The facility at Limestone & Kirkwood Hwy - went there for a CT scan w/contrast. The young technician was pleasant but needs to go back to school on her phlebotomist skills. she pushed the needle through my vein which started bubbling, she tried adjusting to no vain ( no pun intended ). She tried the other arm and did the the same thing, right through that vein as well. The doctor saw that she was struggling and come over and took over, she got it right! It's been 7 days and my arms are still black/blue and sore from the needles. If you like torture chambers go there!! read more

Was sent to this place for a "stat" xray. When we walked in at 10:10, there was 1 (one) person waiting. We had no appointment BUT there were no other patients. After waiting over 1 hour and the waiting room filling up with over 10 people waiting, we were called back. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Plus, the desk staff needs to be better trained......holding onto the patients paperwork for over half an hour before even putting into computer is ridiculous! Stay away from here!!!! read more

The office in Delaware sucks. I made an appointment and sat for an hour while people who didn't have an appointment just walks in and gets to be seen. I do not and will not use the facility again. read more

I brought my granddaughter here and was disappointed...two of the staff seemed to be having a bad day. They were rude and snappy. When we walked in, I stated to sign in, and was brusquely told not to do it. Directions at the front desk would be good. When I went in back for the ultrasound with my granddaughter, there was a fan in the ceiling. I kept looking at it; I was hoping it would stay put. It seemed dangerous to me. Could not have meet any nicer people. Went for a mammogram ( I have put this off for about 5 years) The tech was great, it was still uncomfortable but like she said it only lasts about 7 seconds. They do a 3D mammo which most insurance will not cover but they do it for cost of regular mammo , no extra charge to the patient. This method means they can catch things really early because of how sensitive it is. The tech was patient she went slowly so I could get use to and then quickly took the scans that were needed. After scans were done the radiologist himself set down with me and went over everything scan by scan. Now no one loves getting a mammogram but if you have to get one and your insurance will allow you to go here, why not get the BEST. I have also had an xray and an MRI done here and both experiences were good, from the phone call, to my arrival and getting the results. They have a great team there. read more
