Did not really examine anything..Told us their Medical team online could tell us the problem and left the room..Nurse Kau should get a personality and at least listen to the patients problem and Help with a solution,not just rush patients out the door...

Information being stolen constantly yet this company refuses to allow tap to pay. While expressing my concerns, and explaining my point, a gentleman who I can only assume is the manager, responded with "then go to the ER", all I was doing was explaining how systems are stealing information from healthcare systems and they should personally be concerned for their own information. Keep in mind we were only here for a sports physical that is an out of pocket expense. Nobody wanted to hear my point and insisted I swipe my card. One gentleman was very kind and spent time making sure I was satisfied with the service aside from the policy implemented by this terrible corporation. GO HEALTH IS HORRIBLE.

We didn't get a single good picture of my baby, which I understand is out of their control, but to not even offer a rescan or anything is pretty absurd after we paid a very steep amount for the ultrasound to begin with ($160!). We paid for the most expensive package and couldn't get even one picture or a rescan.... the appointment felt very rushed when he left part way through for me to "move around" to try to get her to reposition. We definitely feel like we were scammed and the facility can absolutely use some work. Even when he did try to flip to 3d/4d it looked awful, the 2d was better quality. We had an elective ultrasound done with our first and Colorado and it was AMAZING! And to say this one came no where near it is an understatement.
