Delaware Imaging Network | Middletown Imaging I drove 2 hours from the eastern shore to the Middletown DE. facility because I have claustrophobia and wanted to get my MRI with the 1.2T High-Field Open Sided MRI. The facility was easy to find and when I walked into the crowded waiting room, I was Immediately greeted by the staff at the desk and checked in. In under 10 minutes from my arrival, I was in a patient gown and ready for my MRI. I told the technician of my fear of getting into the MRI machine and she said she would talk me through the process and stop the scan on my request if needed. As I was getting the scan the technician told me how long each scan would last (2 minutes, 4 minutes, etc....) and she asked if I was OK after each of the images were generated. Before I knew it, the scan was over and I was told we were done. Your staff did a great job in helping me ease my fear, and I will be back when I need new images for my doctors. Keep in mind we were only here for a sports physical that is an out of pocket expense. Nobody wanted to hear my point and insisted I swipe my card. One gentleman was very kind and spent time making sure I was satisfied with the service aside from the policy implemented by this terrible corporation. GO HEALTH IS HORRIBLE.

We didn't get a single good picture of my baby, which I understand is out of their control, but to not even offer a rescan or anything is pretty absurd after we paid a very steep amount for the ultrasound to begin with ($160!). We paid for the most expensive package and couldn't get even one picture or a rescan.... the appointment felt very rushed when he left part way through for me to "move around" to try to get her to reposition. We definitely feel like we were scammed and the facility can absolutely use some work. Even when he did try to flip to 3d/4d it looked awful, the 2d was better quality. We had an elective ultrasound done with our first and Colorado and it was AMAZING! And to say this one came no where near it is an understatement.
