The receptionist spent an unnecessary amount of time interrogating us and acting like a detective over insurance details they already had for 2 days! We had been sitting there for 30 minutes. ​The most infuriating part of this administrative failure is that my wife was required to hold her bladder for this specific test. She was in severe physical discomfort waiting well past our appointment time. ​There was zero communication, a total lack of empathy for a patient in obvious discomfort, and terrible organization. I highly recommend taking your health care to a clinic that actually respects its patients' time and well-being.

I found Apollo Walk-In Clinic on Google and called them to see their wait time. The friendly receptionist answered the phone and said there was no wait time. So I promptly drove over and started my initial paperwork. I was seen shortly by the nurse practitioner. She said was so helpful and thorough. She was a breath of fresh air! Not your average experience at a walk in (at least in my experience). I was given great care this evening. I will definitely recommend & be back!

If you stop in for a referral for a specialist, be sure they do not provide you with an expired referral number. Also be sure they don't overcharge you if you have a copay. Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen. Was previously told to come back and the reading would not be a problem. I waited over 30 minutes and was not read. While I was walking out, the girl at the front said their one provider was busy. Cool, there are emergencies in medicine. No problem. My problem is with the manner of the young girl with the cornrows at the front desk. When I walked in, she immediately directed me to sign-in. There's no sign in for what I was there for. She was annoyed when I handed her my paperwork, and placed it on a counter behind her. She did not mention it to the women seated at the desk behind her until I had already been sitting there for 15-20 minutes. After sitting for over 30 minutes, I ask for my paperwork back; I clearly was not in the queue to be seen, and I didn't anticipate this quick taking so long. When the worker gave me the paperwork back, she said, "Don't snatch it!" It was such an unnecessary provocation, I nearly laughed. I did not snatch, and she was the one who, clearly, had an attitude. She is early in her career and need professional adjustment. People in medical care, at all levels, need to have a polite "bedside" manner. ChristianaCare, train your employees to be better AND provide the necessary support they need to execute their jobs correctly. Do not come to this location. They absolutely do not want you there.

My arms was bright purple and afterwards my arm was sore and covered in Petechiae for days. The wrong urine sample was collected because they did not give me a sterile cup for my urine culture. The staff was very rude, even though I was trying to be friendly and make it easy for them. I even showed the phlebotomist the easiest vein to poke. Personally, I have experience doing venipuncture and I even had numerous new medical assistants train their venipuncture skills on me, but the blood draw I had at this Labcorp was the worst I ever experienced. I am in disbelief on how horrible my experience was here. The only good part of the visit was that I didn't wait more then 10 minutes before get my blood draw.
