I had a great experience at Delaware Imaging Center's Brandywine office. I called to schedule my MRI & the person on the phone was very friendly & answered all my questions. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment on a Saturday afternoon! I was pleasantly surprised! I waited about 15 minutes in the waiting area before being taken back to get ready due to technical problems with the machine. The MRI was relatively simple. I was in & out of the office in a little over an hour. They said I'd receive the results in 5-7 days & they were ready in just 3 days. Overall it was a great experience. I reached out to the office today regarding results from a scan that had not been uploaded into patient portal and was met with the rudest individual I have dealt with in a physicians office. Basically blew me off stating there nothing they could do and the repose I got to get my results was to go to an office and wait 20 minutes for them. Do yourselves a favor and find any alternative other than this Network! read more

I called on Saturday morning to make an appointment but was redirected to their website. The website said no appointment was needed for X-Rays just walk in before 12pm. I arrived at 11:20am and was turned away. I was told Diane, X-Ray Tech gets off at 12pm and wasn't seeing anyone that arrived after 11:00am. They turned away several senior and disabled people that arrived before 12pm. They really need to update their website. read more

I'll NEVER go back !! Just had a CT Scan. The actual scan was fine. I asked for a CD since my Dr. asked for one. The CT scan tech said it would take 10-15 minutes to burn the CD. After 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist, who told me it would be an additional 10-15 minutes. After an hour, I asked again and anorher receptionist said it was 60% done and that I could cone back to pick it up. When I said there must be something wrong with the CD burner, she told me that was normal . They obviously have very outdated equipment and personal who will tell you anything. They wasted over an hour of my time so far and I still don't have the CD. I'll NEVER go back !! read more

This outpatient X-ray, Dexa, Mammo, CT and MR center is wonderful. From the PSRs at the entrance, to the technologists that perform your study, this all makes ones normally stressful experience one of comfort and grace. It's conveniently located and has great hours of operation. Glad this company exists for these communities! Forgot the ultrasound ladies! They were great with everyone! read more

Went in on a Thursday. Report not done on Monday. Very long wait to have the CT done.

The last time I visited was 2021 and was satisfied with my visit. They uploaded my scans and pics to the patient portal and sent everything to my dr fine- lab tech was nice. Front office was decent too, they were pretty busy. Surprised about the reviews honestly .. when I go back again I'll leave an updated review. read more

The irony of my visit was that I was handed a customer service survey to fill out when they finally called to register me. Of course even how they did that was ironic. Let me start though at the two good parts--first, when I called for my appointment the experience was friendly and fast; second, the test results were negative so that was good. Their process of greeting patients, registering them and taking them upstairs needs to be completely reviewed. It is classic hurry up and wait--you are a number not a name. Back to the envelope--when I was done registering the woman that had been taking care of me handed it to me without a word of explanation. When I asked what it was she said "oh a satisfaction form that if you want to fill out management would like you to do it--especially if your experience is good." Perhaps by this time next year I will find another place to go or they will have changed their processes. If your doctor gives you choices--skip this one for sure. read more

i scheduled my mammogram weeks in advance. This morning as I'm leaving for my appointment literally I'm walking out the door I receive a call stating I will have to reschedule because they did not have my VA authorization. I asked at the time of making the appointment in Srptember if they had what they needed; I was told yes. I told the young lady I had the authorization number but I was told they would need the paperwork faxed. i Understand they need this information but it should have been verified prior to my appt not 30 mins before the actual appointment. Poor management. I was told I would receive a call from the scheduling manager. Of course that didn't happen. I contacted them again and was given the name of Sasha to speak with. I asked again to speak with her directly that didn't happen. Spoke with Sharon W in scheduling who; in my opinion, was the most professional and helpful. Based on some of the other reviews I think additional training for the Concord Pike Road location is needed. Their verification process also should be revamped. read more

TERRIBLE! Forced to wait in a waiting room with only a gown on (freezing) for over a half hour past my appointment time. Finally a tech. walked by so I asked if I was going to be helped. Five minutes later another tech. came out and almost took another patient that had just arrived and hadn't been waiting even a minute. I told the tech. that I wasn't happy. She could not have cared less. Rude and uncaring. Go somewhere else. read more

When I had my test at the Pike Creek office, the technician said they would send me results in a week, which they did not. When I called the office manager said she would look into it and call me right back. 45 minutes later, I called her again, and she left for the day. Oh, and they double billed me. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. read more

So unlike the other reviewers, I had absolutely no issue with the service while I was there. My issue came when my insurance company denied the claim (Aetna is the incarnate of the Devil himself but that is a different story). I paid the bill as it is not the fault of Brandywine Imaging that Aetna denies every claim. Aetna finally submitted the funds to them in late February. However, by the end of March I had not received a refund. I called up and was advised that refunds are not automatically issued? So...my money sits there until I advise them that it is ok to send it to me? Since I paid by check instead of credit card, my refund had to be approved by a manager? Your company has essentially been paid twice and you are sitting on my funds until a MANAGER can say "Looks like we have been paid twice." Well, here we are nearly three weeks later. I called to follow up and was advised that the refund request has been sitting in the managers bin since 03/30 but she is on vacation this week. However, even after the manager signs off on it, the OWNER has to as well???????? WTF? I paid your organization for a claim that should have been covered by my insurance company because my view is, "it is not your fault Aetna is run by a bunch of d$#ks." You have now wasted my time and held my money for a month and a half because of some BS internal policy?! From here on out, I will find a different business to conduct these types of services. It's a shame since I have been there five times in the past two years. read more
