Most contractors wouldn't touch it. These guys fixed it in no time and did it with a smile. They are constantly checking on the status of the pool. I had a problem with the pump and they were easy to get in touch with and fixed it in no time. They are easy to communicate with and are quick with responses. They truly go above and beyond. The quote changes 36 hours prior to the agreed meeting day and time due to the price of gas and material. In terms of the service of cleaning my pool , all I really needed was a good vacuuming as mine was not doing the job and some skimming to get rid of some of the top water gunk that was floating around. He did tell me to run my filter for 24 hours to get rid of it but that felt kind of annoying give that I paid to have the service done of cleaning my pool to use it asap. Overall Kyle was professional but the service quality was not to my liking. He also said it was "not bad" .He was also an hour late to our agreed time but he did update me on this. Given that I had to borrow my neighbors vacuum and skin for an hour after his departure I would not recommend this service. See pictures below .

I am big on customer service and their service was A1. Jeff and Mary were their names and thank God i came to this location they spent time and spoke to my husband and I knowing that we had no idea of what to do to close our pool. They literally took the time and showed us everything we needed even gave us a print out with instructions and highlighted the most important steps for us to follow. Never once did i feel rushed ! We talked about error codes that I was seeing, sent him pictures he requested, and I ordered a part that he recommended I replace. He ultimately said that I needed to probably replace the whole unit, which I 100% agree with based on the life of the pool heater. Great customer service, great and fast communication, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable - and it didn't cost me anything. The pool opens at 11 and closes at eight. It's open from Memorial Day to Labor Day The pool is big a kiddie pool/area and a diving pool are also available. Lounge, chairs and other chairs are included. The pool area is surrounded by concrete then there is a large grassy area with spots and sunny spots. Restrooms are available but not changing rooms. There is also a snack shack with reasonably priced food and snacks It is a great place to spend a hot day!
