Baby's first Del Taco experience! I've been on a Taco Bell fast since September 2023, and I felt like I cheated when I had the value taco and mini quesadilla from Del Taco. The crispy taco tasted JUST like Taco Bell. We dined in and it didn't take long to get our food. Super cheap, too. There was one awkward moment in the bathroom, as the smaller stall in the ladies room didn't lock. I had just sat down when a woman walked in, yanked the door WIDE open before I could grab it, screamed bloody murder like she had never seen another woman using the toilet before, and screamed, "OH MY GOD, I suddenly don't need to go anymore!" before racing out the door. My friend saw her run out of the bathroom like she had seen a ghost. At the time, it was very much a "what just happened" type moment, but now it's just a funny story. But also, Del Taco - fix the locks please. read more

Del Taco is our go to on roadtrips. The food and prices are much better than Taco Bell. I got the bean burrito with green sauce and a tostada, my husband had a beef and bean burrito with fries. The portions are large and the food is made with fresh ingredients. Employees were helpful and smiled/ greeted us when we entered. Our food was ready really fast although the drive thru seemed busy and there were quite a few people dining inside. The dining area was spacious and clean. The only suggestion for improvement is that the bathrooms need a better cleaning. read more

Food was okay, but they were all out of lettuce and all out of Coke Zero and another soft drink. They didn't compensate for the lack of lettuce either by knocking something off of the price. Not a big fan of taco places serving French fries with my tacos either. read more

Went for breakfast to go here and was helped by Aurora. She handled many positions (front counter, drive thru, kitchen, as well as coaching a new hire) with grace and patience. She was so sweet and friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of. Excellent customer service and delicious food as always :-) read more

Quick, bigger menu and churros! So much better than Taco Bell or other fast American-Mexican food. Classic street tacos, fish tacos, beef, chicken, ground beef, marinated steak and maybe more to choice along with several kinds of deserts inspired by fair treats. Our service was fast, dining room and restrooms were clean. All in all a good fast food option. read more

I've never heard of this place being from the East Coast and after seeing commercials and driving by so many, I wanted to give it a try. I orderedthe Cripsy Shrimp tacos and Crispy Fish tacos and each came with 2 tacos and a fresh lime wedge. They are decently priced around $5 for the 2. Unfortunately my order was mixed up and I got 1 shrimp taco and 3 fish. There was also a small piece of beef inside of one of the taco wraps. What's to be expected at a fast food restaurant? I only took off 1 star because they were actually pretty yummy! read more

Customer service was great but the food preparation was terrible. Ordered burritos and they were cold and the beans tasted old and tortillas were hard like if they were sitting out for a while. Chicken tacos weren't wrapped up the way they are supposed to. Everything fell at the bottom. read more

Only stop if you have a lot of time to kill, drive thru took a good 20mins with only two cars ahead of me.

To the Cashier, great customer service, but the service was totally unacceptable from the Woman cook that was on @ 2pm Saturday May 2nd! Totally heard as she tried to say it under her breath, I hate fucking people that can't get they're order right and then tried to blame it on the cashier. I'll admit it that I did forgot to tell her no lettuce, as it was an oder for a friend that Ive not ordered before, I tried to stop her right when she was plopping lettuce onto the tacos! And that's when she said it loud enough for me to hear it! I totally said out loud "WOW! Really!" "WOW" read more

Horrible awful stay clear of this location. Staff is rude. We asked if the chicken was breaded and were told no but it was. I did bring it back in and they made one that wasn't breaded but I barely ate it as it was over seasoned. Then they didn't put the right tacos in the combo went back and was told they needed to see our bag. Really???? The one street taco we did get was awful I couldn't eat it had to toss it. Stay clear of this location. AWFUL!!!!!!!! read more

At least 7 people working and took 15 mins to get me just a large fry. Wasn't busy at all either

Great for a quick meal fix. Best to walk in because I always get things forgotten in drive thru. Like not receiving the soda I ordered or missing food items or maybe they didn't listen to when I ask for no lettuce for my kids snack tacos.. so I generally pick up to avoid any drive thru errors. I like Del Taco as an alternative to Tack bell. read more

What do you think of when you order a burrito? I think of beans, rice, cheese, some kind of meat or vegetables. Maybe some guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa. What I NEVER think of is French fries. LOTS of French fries. That's what I got. For $9.00. A spoonful of meat, some sauce and a lot of French fries. Does anyone order these? I will stick to Qdoba or Chipotle from now on. The service is good, the people are good. The food.... Be careful what you order. read more

Never order on the app from the store on Stockton Hill Kingman AZ. They never have even pulled the order off the terminal and had it ready when I have used the app. I have had to call for a refund multiple times when I have stopped to pick up my order. I'm grateful for the late night hours. After work I can grab a little bit to eat without having to drive to the other side of town.

First note, for people in need of respite after a long drive: the bathrooms here were incredibly clean, both the men's and women's. We visited a few days after Christmas and the place still had cheery decorations up. That made my son grin. We encountered no line, and our food was quickly ready. I had a chicken bacon avocado salad. For an iceberg lettuce salad, it was quite good--great mix of textures, generous bacon. The only negative I can offer is that the avocado slices were pretty brown, but that was more a cosmetic issue than anything. My family enjoyed their dishes: dollar mini quesadilla, spicy jack quesadilla, and big fries. read more

Third in line at the drive through....my husband smoked a whole long cigarette after ordering, and I booked a room at a hotel and we still aren't at the window. At least they apologized about the wait time but holy moly, This is the slowest Del Taco I've ever been to. Chicken burrito was SALTY. Glad I'm only here for the day. Never again. read more

We came in to order food on our way through town. We had 2 combos. Waited over 20 minutes and still did not receive our food. While watching countless cars go through the drive-thru not one order was being completed for dine-in. There were over 15 tables of people waiting for food at one point. When staff was asked what the hold up was, they got an attitude and blamed it on short staffing. I get it but there were at least 6 employees working and every one of them was working on drive-thru orders and none on the fine-in side. 37 min later and we FINALLY have our food. read more

I received a coupon for discounts at the Del Taco in Kingman, AZ. I live in town. What the hey. Burritos for next to nothing. What a deal. Great food, great service. I always like to go in side the place where they make food that I am putting into my body. They passed the test. This place is across the street from a hospital. I will say Del Taco is cleaner that the hospital. Kingman is a seasonal town and place with visitors from many international destinations. Good service and descent food for fast food. Have been here several times. It's clean friendly.

Service and food not good. I ordered 6 chicken tacos and carne asada fries and got to cashier and all she was charging for was carne asada fries.i told her to add the chicken tacos to order and she gave me beef tacos when I got home to family. The first girl did not know prices and the cashier charged me wrong and gave me wrong order. read more

Stopped here on our way home and found where we will probably always stop now. The place was clean, had nice decor, friendly people, and good, hot Del Taco food. My husband and I each had the Del Beef burrito, and the tortilla shells were soft and warm, filled with meat and cheese. The fries were hot (not something you always get at Del Taco), and everything was fully stocked. Restrooms were clean and smelled good. Soap and towels were available. There was plenty of seating, and it looks like there is a private meeting room. Parking is ample and there is a Walmart behind it, if you are towing. If you stop in Kingman, stop here. read more

the fish tacos aren't good here . they are excellent at other del tacos . The tortillas are dried out and split like they are not fresh and the fish was as small as a chicken nugget the last couple of times and also dried out . I'm hoping they will see this post and get things up to par . I will go back in a couple weeks , if they improve , I wil take the post down . read more

Sat there 35 minutes waiting for my food. They had a line of people that were so frustrated because they could not get the food prepared in a timely manner. After 35 minutes of waiting another customer and I walked up and the girl said she only had one cook working there today when they were nine people back there making food. They had plenty of time to argue amongst themselves as to which boyfriend was sleeping with girl and arguing and fighting, then making the customer, their food will never go back into Del taco read more

Del Taco is always one of those places that can make good fast food but they usually mess up the service. Those in Southern California often have one or the other. The one I tried in Oviedo, Florida (surprisingly) did every well. This one seemed a disaster. The restroom needed attention...yesterday. The person who took my order seemed okay, and suddenly, re-stated the price as lower. He gave me a senior citizen discount! I'm not sure whether he was trying to insult me or trying to please me by making it cheaper. He asked that I fill out the survey, so I would assume he wasn't trying to insult me. I'm still laughing about it, though. My first senior citizen discount...wow! The Double Del cheeseburger was fine but the fries were mostly soggy. (i've always wondered, why have fries with tacos?) I think they need to toss the fries more frequently. Oh, and while he was saving me money, he didn't give me the cup, and the person who presented the food to me decided to question me about the cup but I was standing there the whole time. (Maybe, she was having a senior moment!) The WiFi isn't worth trying. It was slower than my almost non-existent 3G signal. read more

The two stars are for the crinkle cut fries. They were edible. The tacos were dry, no tomato, meat was almost burned, taco shells were very hard to chew. Ordered the new Piñata shake and it was literally warm. It tasted like a shake that was left out on the counter overnight. Sodas were short on ice and also warm. First and last time. I love Road Trips..only when I get to eat at Del Taco! Seriously though, there's no Del Taco in the Bay area, which means the only time I get to eat it is when hours of my life is spent in a car on a paved road in the Middle Of Nowhere, America. It comes riiiight when your bladder is slightly more full than you want it to be and also when your gas light has beeped at you twice now. Yeah. You know the feeling. 2 more miles to the exit baby. And when you pull up, you dash into the restroom, barely making it to the stall. Then you breathe a huge sigh of relief, order your 2x$5 burritos, dump on a couple packets of Del Scorcho sauce (and stuffing a few more in your purse "for later"), inhale 1.5 of them, and wrap the last half for when you're bored on the road 30 minutes later (but really, it'll be 18). Good thing you did, because in case you actually do run out of fuel, you'll be carbed up and ready to push your car across the street to the nearest gas station. *High Five* And that's how you do a road trip. Only 200 more miles to go. read more

This Del Taco restaurant is only enforcing SOME of the necessary COVID precautions. All staff were wearing their face masks HOWEVER some did not have their noses covered as they should. Moreover the doors clearly state that guests must wear masks in order to enter inside BUT this is not being enforced and about 1/3 of the customers were not doing so. As a result, EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Shame on you Del Taco for not taking this pandemic more seriously!! read more

Multiple visits to this store, very few are without issues. We placed an order about a week ago and it came with toppings that do not come on that item. We drove back to the store and they argued with us about it saying, we ordered a different burrito and went back and forth like that until the person that made the mistake came forward. The manager confirmed it was their screw up. Once the new food was done, found out they did not put meat on it. My wife not one to make a scene elected to eat it anyhow. We have been there twice since that visit and each time trying to say, we don't want those toppings they say it don't come that way. I tell them I know but it did the other day. Once again they argued about it saying we ordered something different. Today's visit, never before have I gone through this experience even with a manager. I tried to order the food in drive through, told them we don't want the toppings. Again, the argument of them saying we ordered something different cam up. We get up to the window, about to pay, and (something so small) asked for a medium hot sauce not mild, because of our last visit, argument kept increasing until the manager said I am not going to serve you and shut the window. All we were trying to do was confirm with them to not put those toppings on it again. Arguing just escalated things, manager is NOT customer relations trained! Due to a mistake on their behalf, and us trying to prevent future orders from being screwed up too, I have been essentially kicked out of Del Taco! I can't believe I am writing this, as I said earlier, I have NEVER encountered this kind off response from fast food! read more
