How many del taco employees does it take to make 1 half pound bean and cheese burrito and 2 egg and cheese burritos. We waited at the window for our food for 20 minutes. 15 minutes after waiting an employee told us, "Sorry for the long wait, people are just ordering a lot". Obviously people are coming to order food...you are a fast food place. The woman in the drive thru asked if we wanted red or green sauce and when we told her green she repeated the order back to us and said red, we proceeded to correct her and she told us "her apologies" that she would fix it. We opened the bag 15 minutes later to find a RED burrito and our food falling out of the packaging in the bag. Horrible. read more

Horrible management this manager that I believe is called cynthia shes short and has a horrible attitude! While I was about to order I heared her disrespect one of her employees i was shocked to see how managers mistreat their employees! she was so rude, this is not the only time that this happens Every time I come around to eat I see her being rude to everyone it looks like she does not even like her job and takes her anger out on everyone, even on the customers! So I went to del taco today and we had a big order but they charged me for stuff I didn't want and i wanted a wrap and they didn't give it to me yet I still got charged we wanted the beyond avocado taco and we told the worker that we wanted it but the tacos didn't have avocado they gave us 10 sauces for a big order acting like it was going to run out so horrible service ask me if I go again? First del taco we have been to. Service was slower than other fast food places, sat in drive thru window for 5 minutes (that's extremely slow for fast food). Horrible place. They mess up an easy order and when I took it back to get my money back, the manager tried to blame me. Said I ordered it wrong. The receipt said differently. The order was right on receipt. But blame the customer....right? And this is after I had to drive all the way back to return the food because they refused to answer the phone when I tried calling for 30 minutes. This is Indio. There are literally 50 better choices for Mexican food. I suggest you try any one of those. I made a mistake today by choosing this poor excuse for fast food. I won't be making that mistake again. There so called spicy chicken burrito and chicken soft taco combo is a joke! Three bites into the burrito noticed the two nuggets of chicken that was in the two previous bites was all the chicken burrito had. Whoever made the burrito should get a raise because im sure he or she is saving the owner money by skipping out on the main ingredient! I expect when i order a spicy chicken burrito I expect a chicken burrito. Not a bean, cheese, and rice burrito with chicken flavor. Del Taco concern yourself with quality and what's expected in your product that you sale not how fast you can run cars through the drive thru. They were pretty good on customer service here until I bought food, and requested for change for something important that needed to be paid. One of the girls said CUSTOMERS ONLY quite rudely. Really was glad to see Del Taco added platos to their menu. I really liked the beans. Not being a big fan of beans, I enjoyed the beans. Now I can say I like beans. They had a lot of cheese and were not dry. (Lots of flavor). I had fish tacos. I'll be be back to try the other platos. read more
