Well I haven't had that worse of inexperienced in a long time. I just ordered a steak and potato burrito. I want back and forth with a girl over the drive-thru window probably 4 times. She had such a thick accent I couldn't understand it. I have no idea why drive-thrus put employees that barely at the window. She couldn't understand me. She kept saying a different burrito. Then she tried to give me Diet Coke. Had to correct her 3 times on regular Coke. Okay so maybe there's something wrong with the speaker? Nope. I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. And I got to the window and couldn't understand a thing she was saying. Anyway I ended up with the wrong burrito. I figured I'd be eating anyway, a burrito is a burrito, but there was a big ol black nasty long hair in my food. I tried to hurry just pull it out and pretend that I didn't see it. It didn't work it went deeper and deeper into the burrito. the more I pulled the longer and longer the haircut. I started dry heaving and had to put the burrito in the bag. I have a weak spot for Del Taco. Tacos are one of my biggest cravings, and I usually head here because I love the crinkle fries and their Cherry Coke. Up until today, I haven't experienced any issues with wrong orders. Today (10/03/16) I went to switch up my usual crispy Del Taco for a soft taco, and instead was given a crispy taco. After the day I've had, this was a huge disappointment. The food also doesn't taste as fresh as normal; the meat inside the taco is cold and the fries taste a bit stale, as if they've been sitting under the heat lamp for a bit. Generally, though, I do enjoy the food here. There is something for everyone, and every appetite level, too. If I'm not super hungry, I might order one of the smaller quesadillas (with bacon!), and of course the crinkle fries. The iced coffee here is surprisingly good, too; I'd choose it over McDonald's or Burger King any day. Customer service here is generally pretty friendly, but please ask for clarification if you aren't sure what people have ordered. It's really annoying to get home after eating nothing all day, only to find out your order is entirely wrong. And cold, when it should be hot. read more

This review is for the kid who took order at the register. His name was Payne and he was what made this experience incredible. He was highly motivated, enthusiastic, polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. It's very rare that you stumble across a fast food place that has a cashier with as much passion about his job as Payne does. He seemed very young and if this exemplary employee keeps this up throughout his life, he is definitely going places. read more

12 years ago my first job was at Del Taco. Most people stop eating somewhere they have worked, but I have always kept a love for their food. Also... My wife hates Del Taco, and yet I still go. This location is horrendous with customer service. On 6/8 @ 1am, and an employee had parked his car in front of the drive through entrance. I guess he felt being open 24 hours was optional. Today I went (6/12) and sat for 5 mins before being acknowledged. The drive thru cashier came on stating "yeah sorry it's going to be a few more minutes". I told him he has got to be joking, he said "sorry I had to go to the bathroom." I left. A few problems here.... There were other people waiting, clearly they are understaffed. Don't announce you were going to the bathroom right before I'm about to order my food. read more

Let me just say that the food here is great! This may be a fast food restaurant but you would never know if you were anywhere else. I ordered the chicken Chipotle ranch burrito and let me tell you, I got my money's worth. The service from the shift leader was great. She was very professional, curtious, and fast. I would recommend this place to anyone that is in a hurry and wants fast and good food. read more

I have never had a complaint about a Del taco. They have always been super fast, like a fast food service should be. But this particular night.... there were two gentlemen working, I wish I got their names. They were the best! They didn't do anything out of the ordinary, no special treatment. They actually seemed happy to be working, happy to be helping me in any way they can! WIPED BY CUP OFF OF SPILLED STICKY POP! First off, it's a Chain.and the greatest thing about a chain is consistency. I have been to several Del's in the Wasatch front and this one is the mediocre of the bunch. Because of it's location its always busy and don't expect a quick in and out at lunch. This location is near call centers for at least 5 major companies and they like to send their people on lunch around the same times. I do like the Classic Taco and o course their Chicken Soft Taco... a new guilty pleasure is their BBQ french fries which contain Taco Meat, BBQ sauce, Ranch and Cheese. Yum! read more

This is the best Del Taco location that I have ever been to! (If I said that in another review, ignore it) No matter what location I am at, I always order the same thing. I get two 1/2lb bean and cheese buritos with no sauce. At other locations, I know for a fact that they are nowhere near 1.5lbs. At this location, I have to believe that they are closer to a whole pound! Not only are they biggest, but they are also the best. Something about this locations burritos is just one thousand times better than the other locations that I have visited. read more

This location does notbknow how to process coupons. It several minutes for the cashier to enter my order. Then they forgot my daughter's strawberry lemonade. Veey ppor service but food and facility were good. read more
