I decided to give them a shot since many in Mustang say it's one of their most popular places to eat in the Mustang area. I went today for a late lunch. The restaurant was clean and well organized. I got the Bbq Plate with 3 Meats , Half a Rack of Ribs , Jalapeño and Cheese Sausage , and Brisket Quesadilla. It comes with Fries and Mac-n-Cheese , but I substituted the Mac-n-Cheese with Mexican Rice. Sweet Tea of course , especially since it was 98+ Degrees today. My server was Rocky , which is funny because my best friend in high school was nicknamed Rocky , and he was good about refilling my Tea and checking on me. The Ribs were good , not fall off the bone , but tender and the bbq sauce was good. The Brisket Quesadillas was such a surprise , man these things are delicious ! I'll come back just to have a Brisket Quesadilla , Chips and Salsa , and a Beer. I love Jalapeño Smoked Sausage , but was not a fan of these , they seemed kind of greasy or something was a little off in the flavor. The Mexican Rice was a good choice , I would get it again and the Fries were Fresh and Seasoned correctly. All in all I would also recommend this place for Lunch or Dinner. It wasn't super busy when I went , kind of in between Lunch and Dinner rush. I will be back.

However, we stopped in today close to 11 and the place was completely empty. We were promptly seated and our server was wonderful. The restaurant was clean. The bar was setting up. We ordered the three for me with the crispy chicken sandwich, fries, and a side salad. When that side salad came out, we both chuckled and looked at each other. It was so tiny. Certainly shouldn't be called a side item. Although it still tasted good there just wasn't enough of it. The crispy chicken sandwich was really pretty delicious and so were the fries! I don't know what's going on Chili's but you may have just changed my mind.

Older woman had a attitude when we asked about about adding a pancake for grandson for the special price. We were trying to decide if it was worth the full price after she said no. Prices here are not cheap so grandson usually just snacks off our plate. We did order a full price one. The waitress never came back to our table even with our drinks empty. I got another younger girls attention to help us. I did tell her about the waitress and she stated she had been there along time. I'm older myself but it's not acceptable. So , makes you hesitant to return. Food is good, drinks except for tea, good, close to home. I may not be nice if I ever get same lady on future visits.

My Tater Tots I got today tasted a little like not fresh oil and a tad like fish. A little disappointed with that. They also have Fried Pies that are big and look good. I want to come one day and have one with Ice Cream and a Soda. The decor is pretty good for a 50's diner with that music we love to hear. I would love to see a Classic Car Show in the parking lot one day.

While it wasn't crowded, the atmosphere is indeed casual, relaxed, but somewhat noisy...we would have preferred a more quiet area. However, everything else about the place was as reported...wide variety of food choices on the menu, and our choices proved to be delicious. I had the Philly cheesesteak, and husband had the lasagna. He could only eat about a third of it as it was a very generous portion, meaty and saucy, just the way he likes his lasagna. My Philly was excellent; plenty of steak, also generous portion, huge! Meat was tender and juicy. The only ding Id give the sandwich was that it was a tad salty, so just be careful of that when cooking the steak. Our server was excellent, welcoming, polite and professional, and accommodating to my food allergy. He definitely earned his tip for the day. We would definitely return for a meal if we stay overnight in the immediate area. Just overall a terrific experience.
