Ok, so here's the rub…read more... I've dealt with two companies in the past month that were for "big ticket" items. On one hand, you have a large car dealership that breaks your rearview mirror, cracks your windshield, and charges you (the consumer) $400 for a rental that you never had!!! Currently that company is settling with my attorney for $10k for their incompetence. and.... On the other hand you have Murrelle's Marine. I brought my boat there to get bottom paint because I keep it on the water. Within three weeks of being on the water, I get a lot of growth and a lot of barnacles. I brought my boat there expecting to fight with them, but no.... John stated "Sir, not a problem, we will take care of this issue and make it right. " I was shocked. I am astounded with the the Customer Service that Murrelle's Marine provided. I will be doing business with them for everything. If they sold puppy chow... "Joy, can you autoship me some puppy chow every month" and I don't even have a puppy. Update: I think I'm getting a puppy! But in all seriousness.... FIVE STAR all the way around. THANK YOU!!!!!! YEWWWWWWWWWWWWW, Shea
