From the moment I called ( they picked up on 3rd ring) to final installation, the guys at Hi-Tech…read moreDeck were thoughtful and professional. They were not pushy sales guys. They listened by my needs to fullfill my needs on my 22FT Easter. They put down Teak over Black in Teakline pattern on the inner deck of my boat and tuned my 1985 work boat into a really polished looking leisure boat. This product is great for my kids 6 and 9 years old, doesn't stain ( chips and soda... and red wine). Scheduling was easy and quick. They scanned my boat in Delray and had the installation done in 5 days. I was very pleased with both the product and the service.

If I simply say that I'm "super satisfied" with the incredible work Robbie and his team did on my…read moreboat, it still wouldn't do justice to how impressed I truly am. From the very beginning--before the sale, through the installation, and now even a year later--they've been consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is perfect. What sets them apart is not just the quality of the product, but the way they stand behind their work. You can tell they stake their reputation on every job, and their word actually means something. That kind of integrity is rare. It's been over a year since the installation, and the decking still looks and performs like new. Their follow-through and customer service are every bit as outstanding as the product itself. I recommend Robbie and his team without reservation--if you're looking for a marine decking company, look no further. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

This review is based of numerous things. Number one, John Banister is a CROOK. You don't believe…read moreme? Send me a message for the full break down. There are plenty of other surveyors across the pan handle, do not hire this man. John Banister did an initial quote for a walk through a survey after we completed our boat, the quote was $4,500. He did the pre purchase walk through for $1,500. HE DID NOT NOTICE THAT ONE ENGINE WAS TOAST. $200k later and we have two new engines. We paid John Banister for thermal imaging of our vessel for $2,600. That was without a shadow of a doubt the most worthless report we have ever paid for. 9/1/24 we completed our vessel, about 8 month after we contracted Mr Banister. John told us the price was now $3,800 instead of $3,000 to come back. We have all of this clearly stating in writing, John is trying to fabricate some story that it was initially for a pre purchase survey. Hey listen you assmat buffoon, nothing changed here except your price because you felt it was too low. I don't care if we have to pay $10k, you are a liar and a cheater and you don't deserve to touch anybody's boats. This man is a thief! I will be reporting him to the state license board with all of our written communication hoping to have his license revoked. We will be suing him for his negligence with our initial reporting and hopefully drown him in debt. This man is a complete asshole and POS!!

We had a very expensive surprise repair that i had already approved and they found a way faster, cheaper solution to fix it properly, saving me at least a day and a half of labor costs!! I've run into some complicated issues (having a 25+ year old boat mechanically restored) from hunting for parts to unforeseen and insane logistics issues! The crew here stood fast and worked diligently to overcome these difficulties. They never (openly) lol showed frustration! They never used the words can't, won't, impossible or anything else negative! A project like this is complicated and sometimes frustrating on all sides definitely not for the faint of heart!!! But again this crew stood up to the challenges persevered and overcame every obstacle along the way!! So thank you to Arnold, Ignacio( spelling forgiven please) Edwardo and the ladies in the office who's names escape me at the moment!! For seeing this project through with me. You are all honorable and standup individuals that as a team in my mind are the finest in the industry and unstoppable!! And to the readers, On my word you can trust this company with your beloved yacht, Boat or anything else that Floats!!

I cannot say enough about how excellent the service was at Ocean Breeze with Mauricio Costa. I am…read morelocated on the West Coast yet had to have work done on my boat located in Palm Beach Gardens. I was referred to Mauricio through a highly respected Captain. I needed to install a Seakeeper and also have other various repairs performed. Mauricio was spectacular! He went above and beyond to ensure my boat was ready in time and done perfectly. As far as the work...also spectacular. The extensive work required was done so well, people felt it looked like it was a "factory install." The engine room was perfectly clean, all new parts were painted meticulously, and the overall quality of work was perfect. He made sure that everything I needed was taken care of and he more than surpassed my expectations. My biggest regret is that Mauricio is not located on the West Coast for future repairs and maintenance. By the way, he is a super personable and nice guy as well.
