Thank GOD for my finding Ted and his company. They took off all of the old paint by grinding down the concrete and then did all of the steps to apply a new textured concrete look. My pool deck looks beautiful. My neighbors love it and asked for the name and phone number. All of his employees and his son were amazing, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and always responded to my questions. The work was done on time as per our schedule. I couldn't ask for anything more. If anyone needs a great company to resurface their pool deck - LOOK NO FURTHER. They are he best. Thank you so much TED and your staff. Tom Lopresto, PGA National 02/18/2024

He failed to get the project through and was denied by his supposed friends. He never got my project approved and kept the money that I had paid him. I later learned his real name is Charles Scott Hughes who studied architecture at University of Virginia and the Boston Architectural Center between 1970 and 1975 but did not graduate. In 1982 Hughes established his own architectural firm. Hughes employed licensed architects to perform that part of the work that required licensure as an architect.
