They not only finished earlier than agreed upon, but the installation came out beautiful! I am fixing this boat up to sell, I will certainly use these guys on my new boat should it require any upholstery or canvas work. BTW I dealt the entire time with a guy named Martin, and he was super professional and what I liked the most was that he was punctual.

We were shopping for a boat to get our family back on the water. I admit. I was hesitant about…read morebuying new as the cost has skyrocketed. Not to mention some shops were very unyielding in configuring the boat to what we needed. Enter Nestor. At first we just were looking. We almost convinced ourselves that it just wasn't going to happen. Nestor was great. Very cooperative and understanding. Knowledgeable. And professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the configurations and options. Pricing was upfront and honest. Even gave us the option to put a down payment to let us see the difference between a 2016 or 17 model pontoon. Letting us get the best options. Now it's been a year. The service tech is great. Dan is available understanding and knowledgeable. Had a slight problem with cavitation. We took the boat out and were both jumping on the bow to recreate the effect. Try finding a mechanic that will do that instead of just saying " not observed" or " unable to recreate" and sending you a bill! Discovered the problem. Gave me the options and what he would recommend. Just worry free. Cannot say enough great things about this business!!! Would not hesitate recommend them to our friends and family!

I have been looking at center console boats in the 20 ft range. When I went to the Marine…read moreConnection in WPB I really liked the Cobia 201, I liked the quality and layout and for only a 20ft. boat it has really high gunwales. I will tell you I felt at my leisure to look some boats over without a salesman trying to give me some sales pitch and interrupting my time to look them over in depth. When I was ready I went to the office and met Jess Somero. He was such a pleasure speaking with and asked can I answer any questions for you, so we walked out to discuss a few things including price and I was quite impressed with his interest in my decision to make the right choice. As I was leaving I couldn't hardly wait to show these boats to my wife and son. When I returned the following the following week Jess had just left but Ron Lees was in and greeted us kindly. After explaining my previous visit with Jess, he was so friendly and eager to help us with the questions we had. I have already been looking at pricing prior to coming but we wanted to sit down and talk about a realistic cost with everything included, fees and any other additional cost, we were given a price that was far less than I expected and some extra items we included as well so we had decided and agreed on the purchase. These two were absolutely sincere, did everything they said they would and made the entire process a real pleasure. I was reluctant before I met these guys but there integrity quickly changed my mind and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Such a great experience, my wife, son and I had, Thank You!!

Dear Marine Connection Management,…read more I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my boat registration documentation by **Nikki Ungleich**, who is responsible for this process\. I purchased my boat from Marine Connection, and it was delivered on **May 14, 2026**\. On **July 24 2026**, I was stopped by law enforcement and asked to provide the boat's registration documentation, which I had not received\. I have repeatedly contacted Nikki Ungleich regarding this issue\. **Approximately 100 days have now passed, and I still have not received the required documentation\.** Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the lack of follow\-up, accountability, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing\. This is not a minor administrative inconvenience\. Proper registration documentation is essential for me to legally operate my boat and avoid unnecessary problems with law enforcement or maritime authorities\. I want to emphasize that my complaint is **not regarding the salesperson**, who provided excellent service and went above and beyond during the purchase\. My concern is specifically with the **incompetent and unacceptable handling of my registration by Nikki Ungleich**\. I am requesting that management: 1. Immediately investigate this matter\. 2. Provide a clear explanation for the delay\. 3. Confirm the current status of my registration\. 4. Provide a specific date by which I will receive the required documentation\. 5. Review Nikki Ungleich's handling of my case and customer service\. After waiting approximately 100 days, I expect this matter to be resolved immediately\. I look forward to your prompt written response\. Sincerely, MM

I am extremely happy and impressed by the detailing Bilbo's Marine completed on my boat. I'm…read morealmost embarrassed to say how filthy the boat was when Bilbo's hauled it last week - the hull, cockpit and vinyl cockpit seating. Today I received back the boat beautifully clean and waxed/polished, looking pretty much as good as it did when I picked it up new in 2006. Even the vinyl seating that I thought was beyond help looks great. (I had literally planned to have the seating reupholstered in the near future, and now see I will not need to do so anytime soon.) I wish I had taken "before" pictures, but unfortunately I didn't. Bilbo's also bottom painted the boat, painted the drive and trim tabs, and changed hydraulic hoses on the outdrive. All of the work was done very well and promptly, but it is the detailing that truly exceeded my expectations- the boat looks better than I imagined possible. "Detailing" is not really the right word- it is more of a "restoration." In addition to its very good work, Bilbo's is an absolute pleasure to deal with. They met me at a boat ramp at exactly the time promised, both to haul out and return the boat. The office manager kept me apprised of the progress of the work by phone and text, and even texted photo and video updates. When the boat was hauled out last week, I was told it would be ready to be put back in the water before this weekend, and so it was - even though more work than originally planned turned out to be necessary (replacement of the rotted hydraulic lines). I will be calling Bilbo's Marine in the future, and recommend them very highly.
