He was such a pleasure speaking with and asked can I answer any questions for you, so we walked out to discuss a few things including price and I was quite impressed with his interest in my decision to make the right choice. As I was leaving I couldn't hardly wait to show these boats to my wife and son. When I returned the following the following week Jess had just left but Ron Lees was in and greeted us kindly. After explaining my previous visit with Jess, he was so friendly and eager to help us with the questions we had. I have already been looking at pricing prior to coming but we wanted to sit down and talk about a realistic cost with everything included, fees and any other additional cost, we were given a price that was far less than I expected and some extra items we included as well so we had decided and agreed on the purchase. These two were absolutely sincere, did everything they said they would and made the entire process a real pleasure. I have repeatedly contacted Nikki Ungleich regarding this issue\. **Approximately 100 days have now passed, and I still have not received the required documentation\.** Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the lack of follow\-up, accountability, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing\. This is not a minor administrative inconvenience\. Proper registration documentation is essential for me to legally operate my boat and avoid unnecessary problems with law enforcement or maritime authorities\. I want to emphasize that my complaint is **not regarding the salesperson**, who provided excellent service and went above and beyond during the purchase\. My concern is specifically with the **incompetent and unacceptable handling of my registration by Nikki Ungleich**\. I am requesting that management: 1. Immediately investigate this matter\. 2. I am extremely happy and impressed by the detailing Bilbo's Marine completed on my boat. I'm…read morealmost embarrassed to say how filthy the boat was when Bilbo's hauled it last week - the hull, cockpit and vinyl cockpit seating. Today I received back the boat beautifully clean and waxed/polished, looking pretty much as good as it did when I picked it up new in 2006. Even the vinyl seating that I thought was beyond help looks great. (I had literally planned to have the seating reupholstered in the near future, and now see I will not need to do so anytime soon.) I wish I had taken "before" pictures, but unfortunately I didn't. Bilbo's also bottom painted the boat, painted the drive and trim tabs, and changed hydraulic hoses on the outdrive. All of the work was done very well and promptly, but it is the detailing that truly exceeded my expectations- the boat looks better than I imagined possible. "Detailing" is not really the right word- it is more of a "restoration." In addition to its very good work, Bilbo's is an absolute pleasure to deal with. They met me at a boat ramp at exactly the time promised, both to haul out and return the boat. The office manager kept me apprised of the progress of the work by phone and text, and even texted photo and video updates. When the boat was hauled out last week, I was told it would be ready to be put back in the water before this weekend, and so it was - even though more work than originally planned turned out to be necessary (replacement of the rotted hydraulic lines). I will be calling Bilbo's Marine in the future, and recommend them very highly.
