This park is adjacent to the Old key Lime House which is a great place to stop for food. If you have a non motorized water boat like a canoe, kayak, or paddle board you can launch those from Lyman kayak park across the street. On the weekend day of the farmers market it is nice to get some food there and take it to the seawall to sit and look at the boats while picnicing.

We booked a 4 hour deep sea fishing trip departing out of Sportsman's Park Marina and Captain Marc and first mate Jonah made it an unforgettable day on the water. Because of their strategic location right near the Boynton Inlet, we were out in the Gulf Stream fishing grounds in under 15 minutes. The boat, The Lady K (a 70' dift fishing boat) was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with top-tier tackle, fresh bait, and safety gear. Captain Marc knows these South Florida waters inside and out. We put lines in the water and immediately hit action, landing fish like Snapper, Mahi-Mahi, Sailfish, and Kingfish! Jonah was right there the whole time assisting us, untangling lines, re-baiting hooks, and keeping energy high, which is great for both experienced anglers and families looking for a charter boat. I brought my three kids (ages 6, 8, and 11), and the crew was amazingly patient, engaging, and encouraging with them the entire time. The Lady K is an awesome boat with bathrooms available, which is 100% necessary with younger kids!!
