Payment was charged at different days of the month, fuel went up, several times the marina had issues with conditions and was closed for repairs. This week when the contract was done and the jet ski was home, the blue dock line that was in the storage on the jet ski was missing from the last time I used. In place was white dock line with corroded carbiners and the whole jet ski was covered with dirt and sand that wasn't on it when I left it to be stored. I was told I could power wash it myself. Customer service is gone and I would not recommend this marina for any of your needs.

He was such a pleasure speaking with and asked can I answer any questions for you, so we walked out to discuss a few things including price and I was quite impressed with his interest in my decision to make the right choice. As I was leaving I couldn't hardly wait to show these boats to my wife and son. When I returned the following the following week Jess had just left but Ron Lees was in and greeted us kindly. After explaining my previous visit with Jess, he was so friendly and eager to help us with the questions we had. I have already been looking at pricing prior to coming but we wanted to sit down and talk about a realistic cost with everything included, fees and any other additional cost, we were given a price that was far less than I expected and some extra items we included as well so we had decided and agreed on the purchase. These two were absolutely sincere, did everything they said they would and made the entire process a real pleasure.
