The worst experience I've had getting my lashes removed. I've had lashes on and off for 7 years now with numerous removals. I've never experienced such severe burning as I did today. Thankfully another woman working assisted my lash technician to help alleviate the burning. I would not recommend this lash salon. read more

I have been going to deka Lash for a few months already, and I didn't really love the results of what was supposed to be the true volume. I always left the studio feeling like they looked like hybrids or classics to me, but due to the location I still continue going. one time I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment putting me which five minutes past the grace. When I arrived the last tech did not want to see me. She Refused to see me because I was five minutes late. This left a really bad taste in my mouth as this person did not show any type of appreciation for her customers in spite of that I continue going since technically it was my fault for not being there within the time allotted BUT The following two appointments that I had with her she was running late with her client 15 to 20 minutes late. Did she apologize? No but the irony is that I had to wait for her until she was done!!! she was not apologetic whatsoever. Today I had to cancel my appointment with with short notice due to being in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID -19, I explained to her that I did not mean not to go in to my appointment but because of the notification I did not want to expose anyone to COVID-19. I asked her to please waive the fee as this was out of my control. She still went ahead and charge the late fee, she said that due to the financial impact that this would have on the lash tech, she would have to charge me. I explain that I could've easily gone in, but I don't think that would be the responsible thing to do and going in and possibly infecting her. This ultimately would have more of a financial burden on her. I have unfortunately not been able to make my appointments before, and I have paid the fee with no problem because it was my fault but this time it was out of my control, it is ridiculous that they don't look at the circumstances!!! I ask to just cancel my membership... she didn't apologize or try to make things better. She went ahead within minutes and send me the cancellation to my email. I am very disappointed with this place! Brianna, you should really appreciate your clients it goes along way this place has lost a customer. read more

I have been coming here for about 6 months now. Nyha has always done an amazing job with my eyelashes and dealing with me being squirmy and been so patient. All the girls are so welcoming and we always laugh the whole time. "My lashes went to Africa"-I didn't want to worry about makeup for a 2 week vacation & my lashes were perfect! Not only did they last for a safari vacation but 3 weeks later, I still have them. This shop is in a nice location, clean & private-Jasmine chose lashes that didn't look too fake but blended nicely with my own lashes-even my husband approved of the look. Great product plus owner was kind enough to rearrange my booking in order to be close to my departure date so I'd have the best look. Wish I could post a photo-highly recommend! read more

I've been going to Deka Lash and seeing Jasmine for about four months. I've had my lashes done a couple times by a different tech, which made me appreciate Jasmine even more. She NEVER hurts me. I'm so relaxed while she is doing my lashes, that I fall asleep. If the tape is uncomfortable she will adjust it. My lashes look amazing every time. read more

My daughter in love and I had a wonderful experience at Deka Lash! We were greeted with smiles and were taken care of. We had the TrueXpress set put on and love the natural look and extra volume. Emaya was wonderful, she explained everything to us from start to finish. We have our follow up appointment already scheduled for our refill. The studio is decorated cute and colorful. I just got my lashes done less than 24 hours ago and already about 8 lashes have fallen out. I haven't gotten them wet, barely touched them, and made sure not to sleep on them. All things they told me not to do. And yet in less then 2 hours they started falling out. The lady said a few is normal but from all the people that I have known that has had them say they don't even lose 1 till about a week in. I think for the amount of money they are they should definitely last longer than a few hours. They looked beautiful when the lady showed me in the mirror but as soon as I got home a lash were already falling out. I don't think I'll be going back for the amount they are and how short there life span is. read more

So I was contacted 2 days after I posted my original review by Sue, the manager at Deka Lash, to come get my lashes fixed. She was very accommodating trying to fit me in for a fix as soon as possible and seemed like she wanted to do the fix herself, which I totally appreciated. Scheduling issues didn't allow for that, but I made an appointment with Alex, whom I remember did a good job from another person's Yelp review. I figured it wouldn't hurt to give Deka Lash another try since I liked that the location is perfect for me (down the street from work) and the place is really nice and comfortable. When I went in, Alex was very attentive to hear what happened and really wanted to give me some kind of resolution to why the original lash extensions were problematic. We settled that it could have been the length so she took some time figuring out what's a good length for me to both prevent the same problem from happening and to achieve the look I wanted. When she finished, everything looked good. She even took some time to add more lashes to the corners of my eyes after she was all done. Now it's been 4 days since the fix and the lashes are staying! There were maybe 2 lashes that came out while routinely brushing, but they're still looking nice and full. I'm glad I gave them another chance but definitely will have to keep going to Alex. She really seemed like she cared, regardless that I was going in for a fix, and wanted to give me lashes that not only looked good but fit my eyes/face. read more

This review is for the lash lift not lash extensions. I don't like the maintenance of lash extensions so i prefer the lifts. This was the worst yet most expensive lift i've ever had done. I usually pay $40 and this place charges $85. There is hardly any lift at all and one lash is slightly more lifted than the other. I was going to tell the aesthetician but she had a client that waited 15 min for me to finish and i didn't want to intrude on her time any longer. I would not recommend this place for a lash lift. I tried this place out due to the convenience of the late appointments (1 star for that). The aesthetician was also nice so one more star. read more

I love this place! The atmosphere is very welcoming and well designed. Alexandra did my lashes. This girl is a freaking artist. No one can believe that these are not my natural lashes. I come all the way from Venice to have Alex do them for me. I now have LOTS of mascara to give away! read more
