Because we had used their services in the past, we knew we were in good hands. It only took a quick phone call to schedule an estimate, and JD was out within a day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the assessment. He explained that our previous water heater, which appeared to have been installed by a homeowner about 17 years ago, was missing several important safety features and updates. JD returned for the installation and called before arriving--he even arrived early! He worked efficiently and made sure the new installation would meet current safety standards and pass inspection requirements for our homeowners insurance. Before leaving, JD took the time to walk my husband and me through all the new features. We were impressed to learn about the water alarm that alerts us to leaks in the drain pan, the easy-to-use water shutoff handle, and other safety improvements. He even tested the hot water temperature inside the house to make sure everything was working properly before he left. The entire experience was professional, informative, and stress-free.
