The good stuff. 1) they had a quote to me in less than two days. No personal contact needed. 2) the quote was the same or lower as I had gotten from other companies. The upgrade was only $500 more. 3) they suggested three options which reduced my buyers anxiety 4) they gave discounts 5) when I finally returned my contract, they called the next day and scheduled for two days later 6) they came on Friday and left on Friday. And done. I got lucky but WOW, my neighbors love me. My yard was immaculate. In fact, I think it looked better...but seriously, one day!! (They did estimate 1-1/2 days but Jonathon miraculously got extra guys in, so don't get too excited for 1 day like my neighbors and me!) 7) I paid my bill timely and got GORGEOUS red roses that made my boyfriend jealous. I like to feel like I'm special, so - to even the playing field - Rose Roofing is hereby obligated to send roses. I'm certainly excited that I'll be using them again soon. So was a miscommunication BUT they said it was my fault that they did nothing wrong. So I have to call DISH to come out and install another one and I have to PAY for it and wait a couple days before they can come. I'm upset because it was a miscommunication and they would not own up to 50% of it. I don't need them to pay for a new antenna, I just wanted them to acknowledge it was partially their fault. I really don't want to invite a company with no integrity back to do any roofing work on my home.

They hold your storm damage photos hostage to pressure you into a contract. Find an honest local contractor instead. Total bait-and-switch scheme! This company advertises a 'Free Estimate' to get their foot in your door. But once they inspect the storm damage, they hold the estimate, photos, and videos hostage. They refuse to send the paperwork via email unless you meet them in person to sign a binding contract. A real free estimate doesn't require a signed contract. They are dishonest, shady, and unprofessional. Avoid them!

My neighbor had used TJ's services at 4LeafClover a while back to pave their backyard, so I called. He came out next morning and gave me an estimate and a few options for materials he had on hand already and could provide for a discount. He happened to have availability, and he and a helper came out that afternoon and started the demo of the existing concrete slabs and weeding. The next day, they came and continued digging out and started filling and leveling the ground. The paving looks excellent, and TJ made sure the design was functional for irrigation (important especially with all the flooding). For ease of moving stuff to/from truck, they tapped out a few planks of the fence. A few pieces were slightly damaged, and they replaced it before they wrapped up on Day 3 - no questions asked. I love the little pattern he did in alternating the direction of the paving - I never even thought of all these little details. He came back day 3 and finished it off in the morning.
