Today, the owner called and apologized profusely for her staff's behavior. It appears that this may have been a one-off case considering the owners were out of town for the week. It was probably an isolated incident so I would definitely recommend that this salon is worth a shot. read more

Well. Yelp needs to have a negative rating because this place deserves that. I went there after a friend recommended and when I entered the lady at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. She walked away from me while I was still speaking and when I asked how long will it take she pointed at everyone sitting and told me they were waiting. I can see they are waiting but not all will be there for threading I told her at that point she was walking away from. Anyhow after she walked away the lady who does threading came out and and told me that I hadn't signed my name. I told her that I wasn't informed about it and asked her that how long will it take. She like the other Lady pointed at people siting and said they are all waiting. I told her I can see that and the question was how long will it take? at that point she shrugged at me and said somewhere around 30-40 mins she is not sure. At that point I started to leave and she did not try to stop me or gain my business. Truly unprofessional lot. Would never go there period. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Hair stylist (?) who did mine was terrible. I am not coming back to this place ever.

Expertise Do not need an Advertisement!! Deeva salon is The best example.. Dheep and deepa are very good in facial and waxing.. They did an excellent job.. Their attempt was more satisfied.. Customer service is too good.. read more

Awesome place for threading. I got my eyebrows done by Ruby, she is fantastic. In a long time, this is the first time I felt really pleased with the shape of my brow. After my threading I went to the grocery store and the person at the checkout counter remarked that I have good eyebrows...I told her that I had just got it done....She then asked me for the location of the salon...so not only am I pleased with the shape but others tell me so too...so double check for Deeva... :) I like their pricing and I plan to check out their other services too....will let you know how that goes... read more

I love this place. I get my haircut from ruby and I wouldn't consider going to another place. I am not sure why was my previous review deleted. read more

I have been going here for my eyebrow and upper lip threading for almost a year. Ruby consistently does a great job with my eyebrows. I had one bad experience when another lady did my eyebrows and upper lip, similar to some of the negative posts I've seen (I had peeling and burning skin, completely uneven eyebrows, and no acknowledgement from her when I complained). However, I gave feedback to Ruby and now she makes sure that only she does my threading and not the other lady. I also had a haircut here twice, and both times it was decent considering the price. read more

I am surprised to see negative reviews here. I have been going to them since a year now. I travel all the way from Bothell to Bellevue which is a good 25 minute ride! I have taken services including waxing, eyebrows and facial and they do a pretty good job! read more

So I've been coming into this salon for a while now, my favorite technician is ruby, she does an AMAZING, threading job and I would defiantly recommend making an appointment with her. I was never really too picky about who use to do my brows and I would walk in and come out happy. I use to love it here, until recently they hired new people who don't know what they're doing. I recently walked in to get my eyebrows done and once the lady was finished, I was shocked that someone could make my eyebrows look so bad. Defiantly making an appointment next time I come in. read more

Very bad Place...No customer service. I went there for fixing my hair today, as she did not do correctly at the first time and that lady "Sheena "said I will charge you full money and I told her that I came just 2 days back but she did not care at all. Moreover she talks so rudely. I will never every go there and also suggest people out there not to even try there. read more

F***** up my face. Made one eyebrow way thinner than the other and now I have to live with it. The lady has issues. Please save your face and go somewhere else. Rude and unapologetic people. read more

Not a place for men's haicut for sure. The hair dresser has no clue on how to do a haircut but they say it is a unisex salon. Also she kept asking how short the hair has to be every 2 seconds. If i have not kept my eyes open she might have given me a mohawk hairstyle. I thought she was trying to do it by mistake but she said that is the latest style and she did that intentionaly. Not sure what she was thinking. Keep yourself away from this place. read more

I visited this place for women Haircut. Initially they told me Wait time is 20 min. After 40 min of waiting when i asked frontdesk,he was saying you have to wait another 40 min cause we have reservations. I left salon without haircut after waiting more than 40 min and there was a other customer who did the same. I cant comment about their haircut service cause I didn't get one. read more

i was in for a cut and color a couple weeks ago and saw Tiffany. this was the worst experience of my life. the layers in my cut were very choppy and uneven and the color was done terrible. there was so much space between the root and color it looks like it wasn't done at all and the color was nothing what i asked for. i will never be back to this place, plus it smells of food and .... read more

Okay. These three stars are definitely for Ruksana's services. I've read the reviews preceding mine, and I absolutely second all those who say they had to wait. I have been here only three times (i usually walk-in, and just get my brows done), and out of these three, I had to return once without getting any service, as they said it was a 30+ minute wait, though I did not see anybody waiting. (I assumed the staff was waiting for people who had made prior appointments). On the other two occasions, I had to wait min 15 mins, as there were a few other customers before me, and as Ruksana (who usually does the eyebrows) had to come and attend to the people at the reception, helping (I suppose) Maria with entering all those details in the computer. I did mind this, as one time she actually stopped while she was working on my brows, and went out (for almost ten mins). However, I do not blame the staff, the manager/owner should appoint an efficient receptionist to attend to the people at front desk. When it comes to service, Ruksana did a great job, and that's why I would go back there. I hope this review helps, and that the management can come up with a solution to the waiting problem. read more

Please don't visit this place ever! I walked into Deeva to try their eyebrow threading service almost a year ago. Well, the elder salwar kameez clad lady did a good job and I was happy! so far so good. I wanted to... and gave her a good tip because I was pleased with my eyebrows. Then came the payment issues. I had been recently issued a chip enabled card by my bank and their square reader had problems reading my new card. It took 3 trials to get it right and the lady had to get help from a younger woman( employee? owner? not sure) that was trying to give a man a haircut. BUT, in the meantime the lady who did my eyebrows was very rude and discourteous enough to ask me "Is there money in your bank account?"Wow! way to interact with your customers! This business values customers little and so I never returned. Thanks to Deeva Salon, I've learnt to wax and tweeze my eyebrows and save money this way! read more
