Would not recommend going here for any reason at all. Took my jet ski in to get diagnosed for not going past 55 mph. Got a ridiculous price to fix when my item is still under warranty......denied the repairs took my watercraft back on the water just to find out my jet ski won't go past 8mph now. Very frustrating dealing with scammers and people who swap parts and make my jet ski worse. Do not go get scammed search for better options there out there trust me read more

Dee's Marine is easily the most untrustworthy, unprofessional, and disrespectful powersports dealership in Michigan. I called and explained my situation to the service department: I had a jet ski that was already diagnosed and torn down with parts already on hand, and I needed the project completed. They said no problem, it could be done within the week, and to bring it down. A two-hour drive later I get to Dee's Marine just to have the rudest and most disrespectful service technician "Allan Dolecki" take one look at my jet ski and tell me there's no way he will work on it. I was given every bullshit excuse in the book for why they wouldn't work on my jet ski: Not trusting the diagnosis from a licensed Seadoo dealership, not believing my "story" about my jet ski repairs, and not being willing to complete someone else's work. He blamed me, accusing me of not giving the "full story" on my jet ski over the phone, when in hindsight I was completely open with the status of my jet ski before I brought it in for service. They openly slandered and talked down on a direct competitor in a very unprofessional manner. The final straw for this entire short ordeal was when Allan finally agreed to work on my jet ski, but at an extremely inflated price, which he estimated to me with a smirk on his face knowing that I would not agree to pay the exorbitant price he was quoting. Dee's Marine wasted an entire afternoon's worth of my time and gas money and forced me to deal with the extremely rude, unprofessional, and downright dishonest attitudes of the service technician(s) and customer service representative(s). It was apparent to me that they simply did not want to work on my jet ski because 80% of the work was already done, and they wouldn't be able to charge me full book time for the shop labor, which they ended up trying to do anyways. I do not understand how a business can operate in such a demeaning, unprofessional, and toxic manner. I would never recommend another human being ever have to deal with this absolute cesspool of an immature, dishonest, and unprofessional company. I would not trust their service technicians to torque down a bolt, much less touch any part of the inside of my jet ski engine. This has been the single biggest joke of an experience I have ever had with a powersports dealership. I would strongly suggest to Al, the owner of Dee's Marine, that he review the professional conduct of his employees and correct the problems that are ruining the reputation of his business. Disabling the ability for customers to leave negative reviews on your Facebook business page is a sneaky and dishonest way to inflate the rating of your company, and is just another example of the shady operating practices this company employs. My recommendation is to save yourself time, money, and energy by simply removing Dee's Marine off your list of possible choices for powersports repair. read more

Took my sled here for a track swap and will never use these scumbags ever again. They tried scamming me for ALLOT of money, the service is absolutely terrible, they treat you like shit, and they F'ed up my sled in the process and wanted me to pay for their mistake! Absolutely awful service, completely unprofessional. Was told they were doing me a "favor" working on my jetski since it is older although I was initially told 5/600$ would be the cost when I arrived I was told 971 which I honestly did not even have a problem with IF THE JETSKI WAS FIXED. Besides the poorly done job my front hood latch no longer stood up something I immediately noticed and contacted them within a hour of of driving off. I was told they would call me back in which they didn't I called multiple times after that for the owner to eventually tell me to come in so he can "take care" of it just for them to come outside and try to convince me the damage was caused from "hitting a bump" or from before they had received it which was definitely not the case he also stated he didn't touch anything in that area although his own recite stated differently. He bagan to mess with it then was not able to get it to close then explained "this is too annoying" and "too hard" for him although this is supposed to be a certified Seadoo dealer. Spend your money and time somewhere else not worth the headache or trouble I wouldn't of minded paying a 1,000 if that's what they asked for as long as the job was done properly and professionally . read more

very poor service! they were great when we was buying another machine while talking about a repair on the other new machine we had. then it became consistent lies from the service manager. he still claimed/ and charged to have removed the outdrive and the stickers on the side while the body work was done even though I clearly could see the buffing scuffs on the stickers on the side as well as I just cleaned all the buffing solution and dust off of my outdrive. supposedly the buff job was outsourced at a body shop so they shouldn't have had any scuff MarKs on the stickers or the out drive of he had removed them like he charged for. 1 week before picking up the machine I was told that part of the job was $1600.00 as shocked as I was at the cost to buff out the jetski (not a semi trailer) when I went to pick up the jet ski the cost has gone to $2250.00. the manager then tells me that he can't charge me the same as the body shop charged him. am I supposed to believe he originally told me the cost the body shop charged him? why would he disclose that to the customer? he then tells me he had to remove the stickers and the outdrive as well as take it to the body shop and back. I expressed my unsatisfactory experience in front of the owner (whom said not a word) he did however have a lot to say when we brought the machine in for service and we bought a new $17000 machine while we were there! I'm ok with things costing more these days, I'm not ok with being lied to and inflating my service bill while your lying to me About what you did. Nothing was removed before going to the body shop and replaced as it wouldn't have buffing compound on the side stickers and the outdrive! $650.00 to drop my machine off at body shop and pick it back up? I have been a customer here since 2012, when I purchased 2 Sea Doo RXTX machines and a trailer, not only did I get a great price but the service during and after the sale has been outstanding. I returned a year later to purchase my Can Am side by side machine with the same result, great price and service. I stopped in this place to get a price on a side x side. Small place but still had a hard time getting a sales person even though I was the only person in the show room. I approached a guy sitting at a desk on a computer in the show room and I was treated as if I was bothering him. He gave me pricing and the information I wanted but made little effort to make a sale. I left with pricing and returned a week later to see if they would match pricing from another dealer only to feel attacked by a different sales person only to find out later that the 1st sales person was the owner and the 2nd was the son. You would of thought I asked for the vehicle for free. Do people really shop here? I gave them the benefit of the doubt on my 1st visit. Should have never went back. I was told they were good people. Not so much. Grace Performance on the other hand was very professional and had great pricing. I will never go back to this place. read more

i tried to return a prop that was incorrect that i purchased from dees marine. they were going to charge me a handling charge for the part that they sold me that was incorrect. when i complained the counter person said "you prove its wrong and i will give you your money back". so i left quickly to get home and get the old correct prop before they closed. i was then approched in the parking lot by the counter person and i was verbally abused by the counter person and physically threatened by him. he said "i'll kick your fu**ing a*s you old bas**rd. as i tried to get into my van before he hit me but he grabbed the door and wouldn"t let me close it so i could get out of there. he pulled so much on my door he tore the weather seal. he kept asking my wife if i am always a fu**ing a**hole. now i have a prop that i can't use because i fear for my safety and can't return it.. the person at the counter was out of control he left the building and followed me to the parking lot and wanted to fight. i hope he fells like a big man now he is aprox. in his mid twentys and i'm sixty and he wanted to fight and all i wanted to do is get away from him. so now i not only have a prop i can't use i also need to get my van fixed where he damaged it. what a way to treat a customer. no correct that a former customer. read more
