    Indian beers and craft beers

These are the same deep Indian grocers who have been supplied packaged foods to international grocers every where! A neat fast food twist on Indian curries. Pick your base curry with chicken or paneer along with basmati rice or any type of naan bread. Nice! They are severely understaffed though...I mean the potential of being an Indian cuisine fast food type restaurant gets undermined. Oh yes...forgot to mention you can enjoy your food with craft beer!! Great potential!

So I finally got a chance to come here ..... I wasn't sure to expect ... because I thought it was a "fast food " Indian cuisine spot. Plenty of parking Plenty of places to sit inside - downstairs and upstairs While there are some Indian dishes not on the menu- there are quite a lot of choices to pick from - whether you like Indian food already or if it's your 1st time . I started with the famous chicken tikka masala meal entree. You are able to say how hot you want it and which kind of naan bread you want with it. My personal favorite is garlic naan so that is what I went with. Now if you also want basmati white rice , Dal ( beans) and a tomato/cucumber salad you have to opt for the entree plus $2 bucks . I think it's worth it. The menu is pretty easy to navigate and you order thru the computer kiosk . I took my meal to go and ate it at home. Wow- I was pretty impressed with the flavors in the chicken tikka masala , and the quality of the garlic naan. Definitely enjoyed my meal - so much that I came back the next day to try the samosa 2-piece appetizer and also got the Paneer tikka masala ( which is the same I got yesterday but with cubes of cheese) . Delicious

Good option for fast casual Indian food. It wasn't the most authentic, but it was tasty. Theres actually a fairly wide range of items on the menu. Only complaint was that the pakoras were not great. Ordering is done via ipads. While I am fine with this, it would be nice to be able to easily flag down a human if you need one. Unfortunately the design of the restaurant makes it hard, as everyone is fairly hidden. I had a question and had to literally yell out to get the attention of the only person that I could see, who didn't seem enthusiastic at all to help me. Biriyani was very flavorful. Came with a generous amount of sauces too. I think the prices are reasonable... maybe a little more than other fast casual options like Chipotle. Fairly large parking lot.

This restaurant is immaculate. 4 self ordering kiosks, great selection of menu items and lassi's/cocktails/beer. Really nice vibes, tons and tons of seating. Really good customer service here. Convenient location right off route 22 with a TON of parking. We ordered level 1 spicy chicken tikka masalas- worth it to upgrade to feast, and 2 mango lassis. The mango lassis were delicious. I didn't love the chunks of tomato and ubiquitous cilantro, otherwise it was good. Garlic naan was fantastic! Imo this would be a great date spot, with plenty of seating and a really nice ambience.

The combo I got! Super yummy--I just wish I got more in the portion!

Absolutely delicious and amazing, modern interior!! I visited Deep TWICE in one week back in January and had the best time. The staff is so friendly and the food is fast casual and flavorful. While I can't speak to the authenticity of the food, I can say I really enjoyed it and I loved how you could customize every aspect of the meal, from the protein to the spice level--delish! If you're in the area, or shopping down at the Thrift Store, I seriously think this is a hidden gem if you're into Indian food. Try it out! Two reasons for the 4 stars--the price is a little high for the portion you get. While I loved the variety and customization aspect (and the quality of the food was quite high!), I felt a little underwhelmed at the portion. The second is that it somehow feels very strange at first, as all ordering is done with iPads towards the back of the store. However, the employee that handed me my food was super kind. Great, accessible parking lot too.

Garlic Naan - excellent, second to naan ;)

Go deeeeep!!! This place offers a vast menu of deep home-cooked flavors at a fast food pace with very fair prices. You're in total control of the spice level for all entrees (as-is and Levels 1, 2, and 3). I recommend their hearty CRAFTED CURRY FEAST which comes with: *A PROTEIN (chicken, lamb, paneer (cheese), chana (chickpea) masala, or malai kofta (potato dumplings)) *RICE *Your choice of NAAN (original or garlic), lacha paratha (layered flatbread), or basmati rice, and *a CUCUMBER/TOMATO SALAD. This feast could be good enough for 2 meals. Then their Samosas are a perfect snack and deal with 3 pieces for $3 to $5 and your choice of chutney. I enjoyed their Original Potato & Pea flavor as well as their Spinach Paneer option. Then to drink, their refreshing and creamy Mango Lassi is just the right combination of tart and sweet. All of this has me rolling in the Deep! NOTES/TIPS: **Plenty of parking in their own lot. **Wheelchair-accessible. **Order for pick-up or delivery through Seamless.

I was excited when I recently saw this product for the first time at my local Albertsons in Boise, Idaho. Deep Indian Kitchen is owned and operated by an Indian-American family who pride themselves on serving homestyle Indian food based on family recipes that go back for generations. They have three restaurants. They also have a frozen food product line. I don't eat a lot of frozen meals, but they come in handy for those days at work when I don't have leftovers or time to go out for lunch. I tried the frozen Butter Chicken meal. The rice and chicken were good quality. They heated up well in the microwave.. The chicken was nicely seasoned, but I would've preferred it to be a bit spicier. It also had a slightly sweet aftertaste that I didn't care for. I have since read that the frozen Chicken Tikka Masala is more spicy. I plan to try that flavor next.

Chicken tikka masala feast and coconut water

I tried to keep my expectations mid since this is a fast casual Indian restaurant but I am happy to report it definitely exceeded my expectations!! When you first walk in there are iPads to order. I personally prefer this way because you know exactly what you're getting and the price, and you can pay there. We got a chicken tikka masala feast (comes with curry, choice of naan, and feast add-ons for extra $2 includes basmati rice, cucumber/tomato/onion salad, and daal) and lamb biryani. We also ordered two different types of samosas, the potato and pea and the chili paneer. The prices here are awesome. The portion sizes for our mains were large and you can get an order of two samosas for $2.95 which is rare. Our two entrees, two samosa orders, and a coconut water came out to less than $35. We dined in since there was plenty of seating. The very nice person working the register let us know our food was ready and we picked it up at the counter. The food was delicious and super filling! The picture may look like a small amount but you will be full afterwards. I'm happy to find a place with fast, affordable, and tasty Indian food. Looking forward to coming back! Check this place out!

Deep Indian Kitchen...just a great gem in this area and much needed. A beautiful building with ample parking. The place is very clean, when you get in you order via touch screen what you want. A lot of different options on the menu, and everything is customizable (paneer, kofta, chicken etc). I had the samosa's, lassi, and kati roll. All of it was very good, fresh and quick service! It is fast food style! Overall, great experience and will be back to try the rest of things on the menu.

Pretty good. We tried their chana, chicken kaati roll, garlic naan and paneer tikka. Everything was good. Super clean. Quick service. I like that they sell a few of their things there. Just wish they would add dosa to their menu too. It's so convenient for us and now we don't have to travel all the way to parsipanny to grab a quick Indian bite.

Flavor bomb burrata was amazing - on top of a naan, tomatoes and green garlic chimichurri with a fresh burrata and what was like a very sweet spicy honey on top - delicious. Sadly they were out of the truffle chicken masala. We opted for the butter chicken - also delicious and rich. Palak paneer - always nice to see the spinach version. Very good. Both were great with the garlic and butter naans... sopped up with the naan or rice, delicious. The 'Rarha' Lamb Chops were ok, overcooked until the bone crumbled so a bit hard to pick up, cutting it was a bit tough, and the mustard-tumeric potatoes were very good but heavy. BYOB. Menu completely online and somewhat hard to see -- bring a big phone. Street or muni lot parking. Servers were pleasant but often busy cleaning up - a bit of dropping things all night - customers knocked over their lights, dishes fell, glasses broke - I felt like it was a Jewish wedding with all the wares falling on the floor mid-way through dinner. Portions are solid and they also gave to-go bags for the leftover naan and boxes for the leftover dishes.

We stopped by Four Monkeys on a busy Friday night, and the place was packed, always a promising sign. Even with the crowd, parking wasn't an issue at all; Lot 3 is right nearby and there's plenty of street parking, which made getting in and out painless. Inside, the restaurant is on the smaller side, but they've managed to fit in a surprising number of tables without making it feel cramped. The lighting is dim and moody in a way that works well for the space, and the subtle monkey-themed decor is genuinely charming- playful but tasteful. Menus are all via QR code, and even the cutlery feels upgraded and fancy, adding a nice touch. Service was a highlight. The staff is friendly, helpful, and refreshingly honest as they guided us through the menu, prevented us from over-ordering, and offered thoughtful recommendations. For water, they give you options: tap, sparkling, or still. What we ordered: * Pili Mirch Paneer Tikka (appetizer) * Bandar Butter Chicken * Homestyle Bhuna Chicken * Garlic Naan (pro tip: the naans are huge, one is easily enough for two people) The paneer app was really solid, think paneer tikka with a definite kick, paired with some tasty dipping sauce, chutney, and even grilled pineapple. A fun combo and definitely one of the stronger dishes. The mains, though, both the butter chicken and homestyle bhuna chicken, leaned very much on the milder side. The sauces were more liquidy than expected, and they felt geared toward diners who prefer Indian food without the heat. With slightly less gravy and a bit more spice, both dishes could've been standouts. The garlic naan was fine, though more firm than the soft, melt-in-your-mouth style I usually prefer. Overall, I'd say Four Monkeys is a good try and a nice addition to Summit, but probably not my go-to Indian spot for the food alone. That said, the ambiance is great, the staff is wonderful, and it's worth a visit, especially if you're into milder Indian flavors or want a cozy, lively night out.

We all know that when I spice runs past it's expiration date it is not as potent. A week later, I went to the restaurant to return the almost out of date spice jar. I did not ask for my money back. I wanted the credit put towards a take out meal. I was told they do not accept returns. This made me super angry because no one could use that much garlic powder spice in a month and a half. The manager proceeded to tell me a chef could use that much space in a month and a half. I am not a chef. I am a 67 year old woman that works full time. No way I could use that much spice in a month and a half even if I tried. I told them to keep their factory sealed spice and I would never go there again or recommend their establishment to my enemy! What concerns me is if they're selling almost out of date spices to unsuspecting customers, what are they putting in the food? Do they use out-of-date food products and pass them off as fresh food? I would never go back to this restaurant again. I do not trust them. For a $4 return they unknowingly told a consumer what their policy is regarding old food and what they could be serving. I'm So beware! Eat there with caution! With management like this, anything is possible!
