I loved the variety of items they sold including some cute clothes from Roxy. The young girl who helped me was very sweet and it was a pleasure talking with her. I grabbed some cute pants and a sundress! Already got several comps on them! They have a pretty good sale rack! Worth browsing... ~ and that's all I have to say about that..

She stated that…read morethey no longer honor those cards and haven't for at least 5 years yet we pre-paid for 25 refills and had 8 fills remaining PLUS we had tanks filled last year. This is FRAUD! She bought the business from her ex-husband on 4/9/25. Since then, the store has gone downhill. She hired kids (which is good) but they are under 18 and cannot fill tanks legally so we left our tanks. When we inquired about hours, we were told they would be opened until 4:00pm but when we drove 45 minutes we found the store closed with no signs on the door. We tried calling but they don't have voice mail set up. She said she gets "thousands of calls" and didn't want to set it up. Employees park in the parking spot reserved for loading/unloading tanks so we had to walk our tanks across the parking lot. We will not be using their shop any longer and I would others to stay away. There are better dive shops in the area.

If you are like me you don't like doing negative reviews, but this is a safety warning…read more Stuart Scuba received mixed reviews from the locals, but I dropped off 8 tanks for hydro/vip along with six first/second stage regs for service. I booked an afternoon dive on their boat. An hour after I left Stuart's shop, I was pre-checking gear, and the first stage atomic titanium was failing by blowing gas out the swivel between the HP/LP sections of the regulator. I swapped the first stages, got on the boat, then I had an ocean reef full face mask fail due to being unable to blow air out the mask due to a stuck valve. Both of these service failures could have been detected if proper post-service testing was performed on the equipment. I demonstrated the problem to the owner's wife so that she could personally examine the titanium first stage failure. She suggested that I return to the shop, but after two regulator failures, the service being careless/reckless...untested... I chose not to let Stuart Scuba re-service the gear. The shop owner and I later traded a couple of emails. He blamed the problems on me. Read off his list of credentials etc. I was surprised. No questions, just defensive behavior. I will have to get the regulators re-serviced. I paid the shop owners $861 for service, offered them the opportunity to refund the regulator service, they chose not to. I got eight cylinders filled in the shop. The first one I tested was at 38% and marked at 32%. I had the shop analyze the mix on their analyzer, 37.7%. I pointed out the ask and label was for 32%, the mix was 38%, and they I got a lecture about MOD, what the boat's afternoon dive depth was... The correct response should have been, "we made a mistake, let's get these cylinders checked and correctly marked." (watch for cold fills at the shop also). My wife and I moved to Florida five years ago. I've been diving South of Jupiter/Tampa areas out to the keys routinely now. The diving is great, divers are great, and there are plenty of solid shops and operations. I don't recommend Stuart Scuba LLC. There appears to be a safety/culture/ego issue at this shop, so I recommend that potential customers consider other.

As usual the trip was fantastic and went without a hitch with attention to every detail. Their service continually exceeds our expectations. I have worked with them for several years and their knowledge of the industry simply amazes me. I am so happy that we met and gave each other an opportunity to work together regarding dive travel. I offer at least 5 trips per year, my trips continue to be successful because I have a great travel team with Ken and Laura at Ultimate Dive Travel. I look forward to many future adventures these these guys. Thank you so much for your services. Peace

All around amazing!!…read more I don't have enough good things to say about Ultimate Dive. Ken and Laura are not only very nice people, but also very helpful and knowledgeable about diving. My husband and I were looking to go on a dive trip for our honeymoon. My heart was set on Indonesia as I didn't want to go some where "touristy" like the Caribbean, but at the time we were looking to go, there was a bomb scare in the area, which made us look for another destination. Ken suggested Matangi in Figi and I am so glad that he did. It was absolutely perfect. We were able to get the cultural non-touristy experience we were looking for as the Fijian people are so welcoming and offer a variety of activities where you can visit and spend time with them in their local villages. We also had amazing diving with a really great guide from the resort and wonderful relaxation and pampering that comes with being on your honeymoon. Ken was so easy to deal with when setting up the trip. He gave us lot of options for when we wanted to go and suggestions on the best ways to travel - he even booked us a day room when we had a long lay over between flights, which again ended up being a great suggestion. Thank you so much Ultimate Dive Travel for giving us the perfect honeymoon!

My brother and I dove with Pura Vida Divers last week, and unfortunately it was one of the worst…read moredive experiences I've had -- and I've dove many times all over the world. Before booking, we were very clear that we were relatively new divers and had never done a drift dive. We specifically expressed that we wanted to feel safe and properly supported. We were assured it would be fine, but once we were in the water, the support simply wasn't there. There was very little help with weights at the start. I quickly realized I was underweighted and had to go back and get more, which immediately separated me from the group. From there, things only got worse. I ended up alone on the reef during a drift -- something that should never happen -- and ultimately had to surface solo and wait for the boat by myself. To make matters worse, my surface marker/flag device wouldn't inflate properly, and I had to be picked up alone. At no point did I feel like anyone from the team was proactively ensuring I was safe or accounted for. Afterward, the only response I received was essentially, "Sorry you had a bad experience." That was the extent of the support. The diving itself may be beautiful, but the staff's lack of attentiveness and concern for client safety and experience was deeply disappointing. When newer divers communicate nervousness and inexperience with drift diving, that should be taken seriously -- not brushed aside. This wasn't about conditions or bad luck. It was about a lack of care and leadership. I would not recommend this operation to newer divers, and I left feeling unsettled rather than excited about the dive.
