Been visiting since the Costa Mesa location. Always lovely, gentle, kind staff. What you can find here is uniquely curated. I've gotten Armani vintage here, beautifully fitted WWII nurse dresses with original Bakelite buttons, pieces from others' travels in India and elsewhere, and the regular wear from Free People to Forever 21. My personal style has changed since my late teens, but I feel I can always come back here and find something unique and special at an amazing price. First time came to this location to sell, i have been selling my clothes with other places too. So I know how it works and I would say my items are pretty on trends and new. The buyer didn't even go through all of my bags obviously because the items were in the same order of how I put in the bag and when they are done they texted me so I went back and they told me they picked out 5 pieces only. I am like what the hell, I feel like they didn't even do what are suppose to do. Maybe they were lazy and didnt want to go through the bags and had to do a lot of work if they had pick out more items. That's how I felt because every time I go to other stores to sell my clothes they usually have picked out a lot more items than this particular location and the buyers in this store are not as professionals and didn't know much of brand names which they are supposed to know if they are hired as a fashion buyers . And this location selling the items are not as trendy and in the market. The price are not reasonable. If retails store are selling the same price as your store. Why would ppl want to purchase a used item where they can buy a new items at the same price point. This is the worst consignment store I have ever been to and the buyer should dress more like a fashion buyer instead of dressing like a someone works in Zumiez which doesn't convince me that you have a good eye of fashion . read more

Recently moved to the area and thought I'd see what this place is all about. On my first visit, I found an Obey peacoat for only $30! The women's selection is not the best but I love the men's graphic tees. I noticed the women's section had some Wrangler and Levi jeans... tempted but they weren't in my size. I really like the selection of clothes here and I have come here several times, but unfortunately have been disappointed with the customer service each time. I bought a jacket and the girl who rang me up forgot to remove the sensor, and I did not realize until I got home. I had to drive all the way back (I live about 15 mins away), which I didn't mind doing because everyone makes mistakes, but was extremely offended when I came back with the jacket and both the associate and woman who appeared to be the manager treated me as if they did not believe my story and stolen the item. When they finally searched the system and my purchase showed up, I got one half hearted apology. Overall the experience was extremely inconvenient and left a bad taste in my mouth. I want to keep returning because I like the items, but wish management put more emphasis on customer service. read more

Prices are cheap but then again you'll also find lots of Forever 21 and h&m mixed in. i went to this store when it was still in santa ana and also paid a visit when they relocated to orange. i think the clothes that they have here a lot more than other thrift shops like platos. i hate platos because they price used forever 21 things at like $10. here, they have more vintage items and higher quality brands like levis and urban outiftters. overall, they have more clothes that fit my style. prices are decent and fair. my favorite thrift store other than salvation/goodwill/etc. kinda far from my house but would come again to shop!! read more

Really, just so-so. I like vintage, but they don't have much in that regard, and what they do have is very unimpressive. On the other stuff, my teenage daughter sort of likes this place, but struggles to find much that she actually wants to buy. I find their prices to be generally too high on most items, and there is a lot of ugly stuff hanging on those racks. The ratio of quality items to the other stuff is pretty low. This place might be good for young teens but most items cost as much here as they do at Forever 21. Pass on this place if you're looking for quality or nice vintage items. Honestly, I think coming here was a complete bust. I have to give it props for its hipster vibe and for selling cool items, but for the old clothes they sell, I think it's a bit overpriced. After finding good reviews about this place, I decided to come here to sell my old clothes because I was cleaning out my closet. When I was driving up there, I was anticipating a good amount of cash from them because I was getting rid of designer jeans, shoes, handbags, and all sorts of clothing. Upon dropping off my bag of clothes, I was informed that I had to "stick around" while they go through my stuff because they don't do "drop offs." That was terrible for me because I had errands to run and I couldn't afford to stay long. So with the 15 minutes I had to spare, I roamed around the place and noticed that they were selling designer jeans and other items that were just as trendy as what I had to offer. This place was like an Urban Outfitters, just not as overpriced as the actual store. After about fifteen minutes, I came back to check out what the buyer decided on purchasing. I walked in with a big bag of clothes, shoes, everything, and basically LEFT with everything. The buyer decided to only take only two handbags of mine and that was all. No jeans, no trendy shirts, no shoes, nothing. Just two bags. So yeah, honestly, coming here was a complete waste of my time and dealing with the employees wasn't that pleasing either. Oh, and did I mention you have to pay for parking too? Have fun with that. Will never be coming back. read more
