I'd just bought a new set of tires for my car from Costco, but they don't do wheel alignments…read more Looking on Yelp I saw Tire Outlet in Fullerton and all the positive reviews they have, so I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment online for 2:00pm on a Tuesday. When I got there, I learned that they were a bit backed up and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I understand how things like that can happen, but I didn't want to wait that long so I asked when might be a better time, and they said at 8:00am I'd most likely be at the front of the line, so I arranged to be there the following morning. Sure enough, the alignment only took about 30 mins. Tony gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for my car so I could see exactly what had been done in terms of camber, caster, toe, etc. for each wheel. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole operation, thanks to Tony and Miguel for their helpful and friendly assistance. I'll be sure to check out Tire Outlet the next time I need new tires!

The smartest thing I did was following the recommendation for the set of 4 new tires that Mr. Tony…read moreGarcia sold me. I simply asked him for the best tires that they sold for the best price. The BF Goodrich Trail-Terrain T/A-245/70R16XL-111T. With the 4 wheel Alignment and of course the Road Hazard Warranty. (No Brainer) for both. The drive home was absolutely amazing on and off the freeway. The steering was immediately impeccable. I could feel the grip of the road through the turns with total ease and control at any safe speed. Truly the best tires I've ever had. And being on sale saved me over $300.00 on just the (4) tires and over another $200.00 on the Alignment and Warranty. I shopped around for the very best deals. My best friend recommended me to try out the Tire Outlet US Fullerton. Mark was right! This was worth the drive coming from Long Beach. Tony Garcia... You are "The Man!" Also, the reception from your staff was fantastic! No waiting for service. They immediately started on the Alignment and then the tires were shown to me while I was watching a movie in their large very clean comfortable lounge. Awesome tires! Top rated! Thank you so much for everything you've done for me and my KIA Sorrento. This is the safest my car has ever been! Thanks to you! If you're looking for the most knowledgeable, honest and reliable people to service your tire needs, this is truly the place to bring your car. I highly recommend Tony Garcia and the Tire Outlet US Fullerton. I will never shop anywhere else for tires.

Normally I do not usually go to this Costco, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well organized…read morethis location was. I did not have any issues finding parking. There was a lot of parking spots available, so it was really nice to find a spot without any headache for once. When I got into Costco, we went to walk around the aisles first and bought a few items such as pasta sauce and olive oil. I liked the variety at Costco and everything we needed were well in-stock. We walked around the clothing area as well and they have started selling some fall/wintery clothing. Great value on vests, jackets, socks, thermal wear and more. I love that they sell so many seasonal items for reasonable prices. There's also some brand named perfumes that were being sold, so that was nice! We walked around the produce, meats, dairy and pastries area. Lots of different items to look at. There were quite a few samples stations around the fridge areas, so it was nice to munch on these items while we were shopping around. We were looking for ground beef to make Mapo Tofu, and found that any of the ground meats have a great price for a low cost. After grabbing all our items, we did not have to wait whatsoever to get to the cash. They helped us right away and we also had some alcohol too. Employees were very friendly and kind-hearted. I liked that they asked us how we found everything. Very genuine customer interactions. I will be back to visit the Costco Fullerton location!

Yesterday was a very disappointing day to say the least with how the staff handled a very sensitive…read moresituation. I received a call from one of my immediate family members that there was a man who had stopped them and cornered them in the store, making inappropriate comments about looking for a sugar baby and having issues getting someone to go into bed with them. This man was holding onto their shopping cart and not letting them get away, keeping the conversation going. My family member was scared and very uncomfortable. They went ahead and told staff about the situation right before giving me a phone call to come and comfort them. I get to Costco and see my family member crying and standing nearby the registers. My family member told me that the staff was looking for this man to "resolve" the situation. We wait for staff to come back, and someone from the loss prevention belittles the situation, smiles, laughs and says "hey, he's an old man, he was just making conversation " Seriously? Is this the way a situation like this is supposed to be treated? VERY unacceptable. I told the staff member to get out of my face because they tried to belittle the situation. This is textbook harassment and there should be ZERO tolerance for it. My family member has been coming here for a long time and now they don't feel comfortable coming here anymore and frankly I don't want them coming here anymore either. I spoke with a supervisor named Daniel at the end. I am giving him a chance to resolve the situation. But I am going to leave this review up because EVERYONE needs to see how Costco handles situations like this. Please don't let young family members come alone. Costco does not care about protecting you from pedophiles or predators.
