I hired MM for my sons graduation party! It was such a big hit. They showed up on time and offered a full menu. Everyone loved all the options and the service was awesome. I would hire them over and over again.

I wanted something sweet today. monkeys monkeys did not disappoint! I ordered an ice cream sundae and a freshly made waffle bowl. It came with ice cream and drizzles of chocolate, and caramel. It was beautifully topped topped with whipped cream and freshly sliced strawberries. The presentation was beautiful.

This truck was a big hit at my son's 12th birthday. The owners are so sweet! Came on time and was just so nice and kind to all the boys who came. Everyone loved their munchies esp the root beer and the mangoeladas! I can't wait to use them again.

    We loved Monkeys Munchies!

I found my new favorite ice cream spot!!…read more As a self-proclaimed ice cream enthusiast, I frequent ice cream spots at least 1-2 times a week (probably more than I should). I happened to come across this place on a Friday night right before a bar-hopping night with some friends. I just ate so ice cream sounded good. I walked in and it's a pretty small spot with only 2-3 small tables and 1 guy working. The menu looked pretty interesting, and immediately sampled 3 of the flavors that intrigued me the most: mango sticky rice, banana cream pie, and matcha strawberry. The worker was really nice and helped me out quickly. I asked him what the difference was between the small and the large, I thought it was just size of the scoop or bowl, but he said that small comes with 2 scoops, large is 3 scoops, and you can get a combination of flavors. That was perfect because all 3 flavors were some of my favorites I've ever had. I'm not usually one to hype up a food spot without good cause, but the price point for each size was really good compared to other ice cream spots that charge $1-2 more for the same thing. Not only that, these flavors were some of the best I've had. I'm excited to come back and try more flavors. Highly recommend this spot for any ice cream lovers, and I think I'm probably going to come back every weekend as part of my weekly routine haha.

They have a great variety of flavors, and you can even get a sample to taste before buying. Their ube is delicious and their mango sticky rice one has such an incredible taste that replicates the dessert so well. I ended up getting their cookie butter flavor since I am a big fan of biscoff and it was so creamy and delicious. You get small chunks of the biscoff cookie as well, which is great. For the price itself, you get a good amount of ice cream too! The shop itself is pretty small with only a table or two for seating and parking is slightly difficult when it gets crowded. But the service was great and they play great music as well. Try out their ice cream!

Thankfully when we went there wasn't a line, but once we ordered the line got so long. I'm not sure if it's always like that close to 9pm (closing) or if it was just that 1 day, but the 1 girl working was very professional and calm. She even let us try samples of the soft serves. Every soft serve comes with 1 free topping and the rest are added on with a charge. There is plenty of seating inside and outside of the food court. Overall, the taste was okay and the regular size is on the smaller size. Nothing too mind blowing. Location: 3rd floor inside the food court in the source

What I Ordered: Matcha Ice Cream Cup with Oreo sprinkles…read more($4.95) Food: New ice cream shop at the source mall! As the name suggests, the texture of the ice cream is definitely milky with a smooth and creamy finish. The matcha flavor was on the weaker end, maybe a bit less than the Haagen Das Matcha Green Tea ice cream (Haagen Das Ice Cream is the standard I use to compare ice creams lol) However, I did taste a lot of the milk ice cream flavor, which was good. To be completely honest, I don't know if the taste of the ice cream is enticing enough to make me want to come back often because there are so many other dessert spots in Buena Park! I would say that it is worth trying if you like the taste of milky ice cream. Service: The staff were quick and friendly! The yogurt ice cream was out that day, so I would go back to try the yogurt flavor. Ambiance: Indoor and outdoor seating available as it is inside the source mall food court. The parking lot is huge as well.

lovely, quaint place to have breakfast/brunch!…read more the staff was super friendly and attentive, the place was neat. lots of seating inside and outside! we went right when they opened and they were already ready to go. i would say be mindful around typical "brunch" times on the weekend, it fills up quick. they had some unique menu options, and i'm glad i chose something different! i had the kalbi jjim eggs benedict, and as a self-proclaimed egg benedict superfan, this one was just right. super filling, super flavorful! overall, lovely place to have a meal along or with a loved one. it's also in a nice area too! right next to a few other restaurants, a target, and a barnes and noble, perfect for a date or hangout. will definitely be back!

The surrounding shopping center is beautiful, so it's nice to grab a meal or coffee and then take a walk around afterward. On this visit, we ordered the Loco Moco Skillet. The food was good and nicely presented, although I found it to be a little on the bland side. The dish comes with a generous amount of gravy, so if you're not a fan of gravy, this probably isn't the dish for you. That said, the overall flavors were enjoyable, and I'd be interested in trying some of the other options on the menu next time. The latte was also good, and the service really stood out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel welcoming. I'm especially curious to try the Brisket Burrito on my next visit. It wasn't what we ordered this time, but it caught my attention, and hopefully it will be a great choice. Overall, Kitch Cafe is a place I would happily return to. With good food, excellent customer service, a pleasant atmosphere, and a beautiful shopping center to explore, it makes for an enjoyable outing.
