This used to be my go-to location but, as you can see in other reviews, service is not the best. It's a gamble to see if they're still open after work, because the employees always choose to close up shop before the listed time. They also start serving only ice cream after a certain time that varies, which should be listed somewhere. You don't really know what time they'll decide to close up for the day or start only serving ice cream. The phone number shown online is not in service either, so you can't really call and check to see if they're still "open." When I'm just chilling in the plaza, I even see that they'll put up the 10 minute break sign sometime in the last hour before 10 p.m. (or whenever they actually are supposed to close) and then just stop serving desserts. Over time, I've seen so many people walk away and have to tell their friends no honeymee for today (rip). I get wanting to clean everything to go home earlier, but the listed times should be adjusted accordingly. Additionally, they should put up a consistent time somewhere informing that they start only serving ice cream after that time. Management clearly doesn't care based on the overall ratings. Although it is farther and a bit pricier, I primarily drive to the Irvine location now because they are much more consistent with service, have a wider menu selection, and even offer kiosk ordering.
