It was a HUGE project. Neely Brothers gave me a fair price, the whole crew was super friendly and professional, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend them without reservation and I'll be happy to work with them again in the future.

We never heard from him again. I called about a week later to find out if we were still going to get a quote. He said he would get back to us right away. Never heard from him again. We never discussed cost etc. since it was a preliminary discussion on our landscaping project. Very disappointing service. Lack of communication is a huge red flag. We found another company and never looked back.

Our large front bed is constantly overrun with weeds, plants come here to die, and adding mulch and weed barriers just encouraged the weeds to grow more. Our vision was to have a nice patio sitting area as our home faces east and the afternoons and evenings are really pleasant in our front yard area. Eric worked with us to design a beautiful solution. His crew did a wonderful job, were respectful of our property, and cleaned up everything before leaving. We did have one minor issue that Eric resolved in record time. Had a bad experience with Good Neighbor Lawn Care. I'd read the rave reviews and decided to give…read morethem a shot. We have less than a quarter acre in a subdivision, but paid them for mulch, a grass cut, and lawn treatment (you get three treatments) to get rid of some problem areas. This first visit totaled over $500 (most of the cost going to the lawn treatment) The first service was amazing. The mulch looked great, I know it was hard work for those guys. Two weeks had passed and I wondered when they were coming back, they said that they were doing the rotation every three weeks. The next week comes, and I hadn't heard anything, so I inquired and they said I was on the schedule the next day. After that cut, I noticed that they didn't apply any lawn treatment, and they had missed large parts of my lawn. Travis apologized about missing the areas, but then said that the grass was too dry to apply the treatment. Understandable, but when were they going to tell me that? So I paid $48 and had to do the remaining edging and flat areas. Three weeks later, I get another cut and a lawn treatment. This time the service was spot on. ($48 all said for the cut. Lawn treatment was paid for up front) Three weeks later, due for my next cut, absolutely nothing from them. At this rate, I cut the lawn myself. I pay the $50 precisely so I DON'T have to worry and babysit I let it ride for another week until the Friday after Labor Day, I don't hear anything so I texted Travis. He said that they were closed over the labor day holiday for four days, and they were playing catchup, but they "had me for this week." At this point, it has been FOUR WEEKS with no correspondence. I'm in over $600 to this company, I've only had 2/3 lawn treatments completed, and one of the scheduled cuts I had to finish myself, and I guess I'm just out of the extra $100 or so for the services they didn't complete. Tons of other options for a lower price. I'd heard from another friend that had the service that a similar thing happened, but at that time it was a "family emergency" but no correspondence was left and they just stopped showing up. All that said, this company would be fantastic if they just kept their customers up to date and had the appropriate backoffice talent to schedule appointments, track services rendered and keep things moving.

Zed was amazing with my rental property. I was only in town for about 4 days and he came to look…read moreat the property the day after I contacted him. My space in the backyard was literally dirt and had no appeal at all. Also, there was too much coverage for any grass to grow well in the backyard so we had to come up with a plan that required low maintenance, but gave a great look for future renters. Zed was very timely with his estimates and drawings. I was impressed with what he could come up with for such an awkward space in the back. I was very happy with his work in the end and he took the time to work with me and my budget. Also, Zed kept me updated on the work he was doing throughout the project. He also offered to maintain the yard again once the tenant moves out, since I do not live in Austin.

Cesar is the owner! ) Fair pricing, quality is amazing, and work ethic is so strong! I saw a few reviews and have to say this... you have to maintain whatever landscaping anyone puts in - whether it be your irrigation, plants, and weeds that follow!!! Weed barrier overall doesn't prevent Texan weeds from growing, and generally I don't recommend or get weed barrier. Use a natural ground cover that snuffs the bad stuff out. You'll also have to replace some plants - they can be finicky based on the elements and soil (or rocks) which can vary in a single yard. If you are new to the area, know this - color is season al but most often everything is green. It requires so much self care if you want color all year around which basically means planting annuals yourself.
