Ordered a sign post...rep I was working with stopped responding to my emails, post was put up the wrong day and was the wrong colour. Asked for a refund ($35) and was told those things don't warrant a refund. -1 stars. read more

Most recent $800 order of signs and riders was terrible. I was under the impression they were silhouetting my photo on a sign background. The signs come with a big blotch in the white space. The quality control process at Dee Sign should be catching things like that before printing. I reached out to both contacts from the company that I dealt with and neither one responded to my complaint. I'm disgusted and will never order signs from them again. BEWARE if you use them. read more

I came into the RE business just a few months ago, as an administrator in the office. I handle all the backside details and my company already had an account with Dee Sign. I put in an order for pennant flags and feather flags on 7/3. I ordered online and followed up with a call, just to find out that the person I spoke with cancelled my online order because she instead took my 'order' on the phone and didn't want it duplicated. Fine. I get that. Then I went back and forth with proofs, and I approved them. But later found out that the person I approved them with - left immediately on maternity. So when I asked about the approval, they said that you have to give approval to the artist - no one else. Never told to me. So, now I've approved it with the artist. I called the following week to follow up, and got the excuse that the artist is now on vaca and the order wasn't processed. This was getting old. Called again after making sure it got processed, and was told they'd be ready by 8/14. I haven't been able to go pick them up yet -- good thing, because I followed up again with a call and got ANOTHER excuse that they had an issue with a vendor and therefore my order won't be ready until 8/21. Part 2 of my order, I'm now told, on 8/17, that they don't make the feather flags in house anymore and I HAVE to pay for shipping because they're coming from OH directly. Not only that -- but those won't SHIP until 8/31. I have called and emailed more times than I can count. Received a different excuse each time. My order has now taken almost 2 months, when every time I spoke to someone they were on auto repeat of 'our orders take anywhere from 2-3 weeks'. No -- they don't. What's sad about this is that their sign installation dept I've had nothing but great experiences with. It's their manufacturing that isn't put together. read more

I've recently started my career in real estate and had some open house signs made for me. I placed my order over the phone, received a proof in my email and approved the order and picked them up about a week later. Overall, my experience was good and I will go back in the future. read more

If you want to look really bad in front of your clients, use these guys. I did a work order on June 30th and paid for it and the sign post was supposed to be up on July 1st. It is now July 7th and the sign post is still not. My clients are very upset that there is not a for sale sign in front of their home. I definitely will not be using them again. read more

I have been working with Dee Sign for 9 years. Their service is always excellent, courteous and prompt. Considering that I manage over 100 agents and their specific needs, I understand the complexity of the job Dee Sign has to do and they do it well. It is also nice to deal with the same staff. It is always frustrating when a company has a quick turn over of employees. This is not the case with Dee Sign. Keep up the good work! read more

Yikes! What a mess. I've ordered signs from these folks many times over a decade. I was never happy with the service but didn't have time to look for an alternative. I called this morning to order new signs. The rude woman on the phone said they couldn't find me in their system. I don't know how that is since they have my for sale signs and put them up on a regular basis (not bad at that actually). She said she'd call me right back. 7 hours later I gave in and called them back. I got some guy this time who was somewhat friendly but dumber than rocks. He didn't have any idea what [products were on their website. Who puts someone like that on the phones and how hard is it to look it up? He had no clue what he was doing and I had zero confidence that I was going to have a happy outcome. I've found the competition. I'm going to them. If they haven't gotten their act together by now, they never will. Good riddance. read more

My experience with Dee Sign Company, operating out of West Chester, Ohio, was a disappointment. I expected top-notch quality when I purchased custom signs, but the reality was far from it--subpar signs and dismal customer service. Patrick Smith, General Manager of West Coast Operations (based in California), displayed a shocking lack of responsibility. He blatantly dodged accountability, resorting to baseless assumptions and accusations instead of addressing the real issue. Despite attempting resolution through the Better Business Bureau (BBB), a typically reliable avenue, Dee Sign Company callously sidestepped any attempts at resolution, leaving me even more frustrated. For those with unresolved issues, I strongly recommend filing a complaint with the BBB to hold the company accountable by submitting a BBB complaint using the following link: https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint/search. Make sure to type Dee Sign Company in the search field. What's deeply troubling is their deliberate attempt to erase their old Google Places page, once populated with honest reviews, now conveniently displaying none, creating a misleading facade. Many poor Yelp reviews highlight the persisting product and service quality issues. I would not consider Dee Sign Company for my signage needs. The company prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction and conveniently evades accountability. I firmly believe in fair and transparent business practices. I hope my shared experience propels the company to reevaluate its approach. Consumers deserve awareness of potential issues and a platform to voice their concerns.
