Steve was beyond accommodating, punctual, affordable and informative and gave us great recommendations on restaurants, activities, etc. They drove SUV's which were luxurious, pristine clean and safe. We arranged pick up times with him daily or called as needed and he always did his best to accommodate regardless of the time of night or location. We planned airport pick-up/drop-offs s from both Eagle as well as Denver as well as pick up times needed over the week. They quoted us a very high price of $550 gratuity included. Once we got our credit card bill they charged almost $800 with no explanations. To make matters worst when we called them to let them know that they had made a mistake the lady on the phone was rude and told us that they would charge however much they wanted and that they would fight us if we continued to complain and that they would also fight the credit card company to get their payment.
