When our travel plans changed Alexa was very responsive and understanding. All of my inquiries were addressed with an immediate response. We flew into CO for a week. Craig welcomed us at the airport and also drove us to Breck the next day. He was so patient and kind especially when I asked him about the area. Craig even gave me a list of suggestions (where to dine, popular dishes etc) This was very helpful!! Erik picked us to a few days later and took us to a snowmobile activity. Erik also arrived on time. Actually he arrived EARLY when he brought us back to our hotel bc he didn't want us to wait in the cold. Thanks Erik!!! On our final day, Christopher took us back to Denver Intl airport. We also enjoyed our comfortable ride with Chris. My daughter gets car sick easily but we had no issues with GRT's vehicles and drivers. Overall GRT made our first visit a very smooth and memorable one. Absolutely no complaints!! We would definitely hire GRT again (two thumbs up!!)

It generally takes longer, you might be on hold, have to talk to more than one person, and too often a piece of information gets lost or misunderstood. "Oh Lord, please don't let me be mis...understood." [sorry...couldn't resist that] Anyway...I tried another company first. One with a longer history and many, many five-star Yelp ratings. But they didn't have a reservation capability on their website. So I called. And got voicemail. And gave up. Checked out DIA Limousine and they had it ALL online. I reserved, paid, and got an email confirmation. All in one day. Okay so the driver showed up 20 minutes late on a Sunday afternoon for pickup to the airport. But he called and let me know way ahead of time. It happens. Nice, clean, comfortable car and professional driver. No water (suggestion DIA...add a bottle so your competition has no edge over you) but we'll let that slide. I wasn't thirsty anyway. The coup de grace came when I was dropped off at the airport. I thought I might have to sign a form or something or maybe even reproduce my credit card. Nope. "Already taken care of when you reserved, sir", came the reply. Nice! I'll start here next time I need a lift to the airport.
