That went beyond "regular" service and gave them so much comfort knowing they had a place to sleep when they were done at the hospital. My parents said nothing but compliments about your driving, helpfulness, and easygoing attitude. We appreciate you taking an immediate booking when my dad called and were thankful you answered the phone! We were just dialing local transportation companies via Google search, and you were the first to answer the phone. I'm so grateful. If I ever need to arrange private car service for anyone again, I'll recommend your company. I've always loved our small town community and am thankful for locally owned businesses like yours.

Bad Colorado weather is their business. We booked a large suv for 4 from eagle to aspen when our…read moreaspen flight was canceled. We got a compact suv and didn't complain. Pricing was high but bad weather requires us to pay. We then tried to book a return from aspen to eagle on short notice. They appeared helpful. The weather cleared and we canceled the ride. WE suggested a cancellation fee and we're quoted IN WRITING $200. I was then charged $575 on my CC. I contacted snowflake to point this out and was greeted with nasty pushback. The company began to make excuses why the written quote wasn't valid. Subsequently snowflake provided a $125 credit and a new bill for $450 even after providing their written quote. Bad business and not honorable people. Will never use them again.

Guess who the only person waiting at the luggage claim at 1:45! Our driver, Dani, that's who. Even though we made so many changes (due to a cancelled flight and then a horribly delayed one) Get2Vail rolled with all the punches and did everything they could to get us to our hotel. The driver was professional and friendly and drove like a champ so late at night. At the end of the weekend, the driver picked us up and took us to Eagle Vail in one of the company's Escalades and my husband and I realized then and there, we're never driving to Vail again. This will be the only way we want to get to Vail from now on. Thank you Get2Vail for all your flexibility, quality & professionalism!

We had a group of 9 people (friends) and as many people may or may not know, if you aren't walking distance to town, on a shuttle stop or have a car you need to call a taxi or car service to get everywhere. Steve was beyond accommodating, punctual, affordable and informative and gave us great recommendations on restaurants, activities, etc. They drove SUV's which were luxurious, pristine clean and safe. We arranged pick up times with him daily or called as needed and he always did his best to accommodate regardless of the time of night or location. Steve was our "go-to" driver over the busy holiday week and were so impressed we contacted him for his services 3 weeks later in January prior to our family returning. We planned airport pick-up/drop-offs s from both Eagle as well as Denver as well as pick up times needed over the week. I HIGHLY recommend Luxury Mountain Transport for any and all transportation needs in Vail whether short or long distances. We had terrible experiences with other Taxi companies in Vail and the drivers were hard to get ahold of, had horrible attitudes, were rude and expensive. Definitely contact Luxury Mountain Transport if you need a taxi/car service in Vail - they are fantastic and we will always use their services when needed in the future.
