After we called dispatch twice (because of no answer), they said because of construction, the shuttle was coming early and they sent us a text but the text didn't go through. They could see the text didn't go through (they told us that) and they didn't try and notify us. We weren't ready an hour early and were going to miss the shuttle, and all the dispatch said was too bad, you can take the next shuttle and miss your flight. The driver was nice and waited for us (and even told us there was no reason to go early because there is no traffic) but the dispatch has no customer service and is not helpful.

We missed our flight and immediately contacted them to let them know that we are behind by two hours. The rate was 550. After we arrived they billed us close to a 1,000 dollars.
