It was literally the middle of the pandemic, the worst of it in California and Michigan where I flew. Daniel was calm, efficient, kind as it was a very difficult time. He attended to every detail, including arrangement ground transport in Michigan during a time when so much was closed down. Evojets is professional, my pilots, kind, smooth flying, professional. The flight was on time both ends, everything perfect. Even the gentlemen who helped with my rather crazy "luggage" were reassuring, kind, helpful (this was a move of sorts). We were helping bring the bags to the car and she yells at us for not helping! Asks if she has to do everything?? Two of the men literally had bags in their hands walking towards her. Suzanne's attitude was horrible from the beginning. She complained to my family about how long our bags were taking and said if any were lost she didn't have time to wait for us to fill out the form. She was extremely rude to them and made them very uncomfortable. Then we get in the car and she has all the time in the world. Very strange behavior. She yelled at us across the parking lot for not following her directions about where she would be. There were multiple mixups about times and despite who was to blame she gets very combative. Horrible customer service all around. Instead of trying to come up with solutions she passes out blame in an attempt to always be right. Our uber driver knew all about her. She has a real reputation in Steamboat and he said she was banned from driving for them. Of course this is hearsay but seems spot on. There are so many more professional transfer services in the area.

After we called dispatch twice (because of no answer), they said because of construction, the shuttle was coming early and they sent us a text but the text didn't go through. They could see the text didn't go through (they told us that) and they didn't try and notify us. We weren't ready an hour early and were going to miss the shuttle, and all the dispatch said was too bad, you can take the next shuttle and miss your flight. The driver was nice and waited for us (and even told us there was no reason to go early because there is no traffic) but the dispatch has no customer service and is not helpful.
