This went on for about a month. I spent thousands of dollars on an IT company to investigate and learned that Sunlight Media created a whole new email server for me, same email address, at GoDaddy. So, all of my emails were diverted to GoDaddy (I use business Gmail). Rather than fix the contact form on my website, they created a whole new email for me on a new server at GoDaddy. Also, when the IT company was on the back server of my site trying to investigate this, they learned that my Google Crawl (which tracks SEO) was turned off and it was turned off around the time Sunlight Media LLC built my website (the date of the change showed). Not once has Angelo accepted responsibility. Rather, he says things like his colossal mistake was within "the scope of our agreement." As if, diverting my emails to a whole new email server at GoDaddy was within the scope of our agreement when I asked him to fix the contact form on my website. Sunlight Media should reflect on their lack of professionalism and the lack of personalized attention they provide to projects. They have no care for the outcome or attention to detail. Beware. Totally unprofessional.

We learned a lot of valuable and meaningful information through the entire process of building our app Assuaged. We initially had an idea that was valuable, but not enough for today's market. We needed more guidance and mentorship. Creative27 fulfilled and exceeded above all expectations. I didn't believe in myself or ideas before meeting Vasile and his excellent team at Creative27. I'm a disabled Veteran and I have PTSD, and at one point I was obese and pre-diabetic. I stay home 95% of the time and I'm not very social at all. I gave up thinking I could find something that would make me feel accomplished. My wife Cindy has encouraged me to take my ideas and ambitions to the next level. I resisted this many times until she got me on a phone call with Vasile. The idea of investing your money into building an app product not knowing the future is very scary. But I will tell you 100% that this award-winning developer knows the game and how to bring you from nothing and build you into something you never saw in yourself before. They took our ideas and added their ideas and incredible teamwork which led us here. My wife and I are very thankful words cannot really express. Creative27 is a very skilled and an expert brand in app development. I can promise you that they only take cases they believe in themselves. If it wasn't for this amazing team we wouldn't be here today and we wouldn't be able to do something so meaningful. Thanks Vasile for your entrepreneur mentorship, Julieta for your excellent marketing mentorship and to everyone at Creative27 for building such a beautiful app. Thanks for changing our lives, we're eternally grateful. It was a pretty simple document: a bi-fold document laid out on 8.5" x 11" paper in landscape mode. I ran a sample test on my home printer and knew right away that I wanted it professionally finished. But still, I was a bit unsure about the specifics of how to do it and where to go. So I contacted J-N-K and they really took the time to help me by educating me on the process. Disappointing. Initial call with Joe was great, helped me understand all the options and pricing,…read moredecided to go with him because of the service and communication even though he wasn't necessarily the cheapest. I was helping my wife plan some custom stickers for her 30th Birthday party favours. I agreed to submit the design before the end of the day to try and get the order completed in time so there wouldn't be any rush fees. Unfortunately (my fault) although we got the designs sent over at 4:50pm, we ran in to some issues with their website not allowing us to proceed with adding the order to the basket and paying for it as the box was greyed out and it wasn't clear why this was the case. My wife (who happens to be a UX designer) tried and tried to complete the order and even after calling bezign and speaking to a colleague of Joes she wasn't able to get it done in time and eventually gave up in frustration as the time was past 5pm and had other things to sort out. I managed to get to it myself later on and figured out how to bypass the issue and submitted the order by 5:35pm, with a note explaining the issue we had with their website ordering process, hoping they might understand. I called the following morning as I hadn't received any confirmation email and spoke to the colleague who explained that on this occasion although we were a bit late, they would still fulfill the order without a rush fee, for which I was grateful - I wouldn't have minded paying extra - as they had been helpful up until this point and I apologised for the late submission. That's when things turned sour. Around 30 minutes later Joe called accusing me of trying to avoid paying a rush fee and in effect explained how this small order was not worth his time and wanted to refund the order unless I paid more. All the while I was trying to explain myself, what had happened and what his colleague and I had already agreed on. Joe was abrupt, unwilling to listen and would not allow me to speak without interruption. I was completely shocked and felt belittled as he insisted on going through the website ordering process interrogating me on what I had done, insisting there shouldn't be any issues with his website and how it was my fault for not doing it correctly. We agreed to disagree and refund the order. Although we haven't managed to get the stickers in time now for our event which is disappointing, Bezign has also lost a future customer from a fellow business owner who lives down the road in Moorpark. In my opinion this is not how business should be done, even if the customer has made a mistake. I won't be considering Bezign for any promotional products for my own business in the future. Good luck and hope you improve the website
