On the morning of my afternoon appointment, I tried calling for 2 HOURS to try to get through to speak with someone to confirm time and if any insurance issues. They clearly prefer voicemail so do not expect same-day response. I get there and of course he's still not credentialed. I'm sure how the doctors' level of care is but the front desk/admin team does not give me any confidence in hoping to receive high quality care.

I would not recommend doing business on that side. Medical: Dr. Saad and the team I saw for acne (for 10 years?) are great, great service and results, no complaints, deserving 4-5 stars. Dr. Saad recommended I look into laser resurfacing for acne scarring, so naturally I walked next door - to a markedly different experience deserving 1 star. Cosmetic: I spent $1800 in 2017 (a major espense at the time) on a series of three Fraxel laser treatments. Dr. Butler was friendly, I am not sure I saw results from the treatment but I knew that was a risk. However, I only wound up receiving 2 of the 3 services, I was late for service 2 and it was rescheduled, then the Dr.'s medical event meant I had to reschedule service 3 to after the summer, due to the nature of this treatment. I was fine with the medical event requiring a reschedule but I never completed the 3rd treatment (that I paid for) and I gave up trying to get their attention. The front desk staff were never great, and I emailed twice and left multiple voicemails but have not received a follow-up on these concerns. I moved to NH that fall and am no longer in the area during business hours to stop by in-person and it is to strange that I have never heard communication about this.

I'll give you this the people in the front office are attractive but that has little to do with being professional as so many reviewers point out(they probably just want to get laid.) This time around they didn't want to wait till next appt to do injections and injected the day of with a clear liquid in a syringe unlike the one used before. This ones were more like diabetes syringe. So since i had to get it day of combined with how the syringe looked, who knows what was injected in me?? If he wants people to trust him, he should be more transparent with prices and not take advantage of those that are trusting good hearted positive people. Now maybe that might seem pessimistic or maybe everyone in New england is like this! But I refuse to be corrupted by such malfeasance. Don't trust this doctor and I will make a complaint with someone i know who deals with this if i don't get money back or a better injection. Disgusted!

Dr lazor changed my life. From the moment I met him dr lazor was fantastic. I came in with chronic…read moresinusitis so bad it was affecting my lungs to the point I was loosing my breath. Dr lazor listened to me in depth and took the time to answer all my questions. He put me on a rinse and medication regimen for 4 weeks till my next apt. After my ct scan he saw that all my sinuses were 100% inflamed. I was definitely worse than the average sinitius patient. We determined surgery was my road to take. People who had this surgery told me nightmares about it and the recovery. Dr lazor told me that when he does these surgeries theirs minimal pain after and you barely need Tylenol after. Boy was he right. I had zero pain the moment I woke up from surgery. During my recovery I had zero black and blue on my face and light pressure on my nose from the splints in. I am fully recovered and can breathe through my nose like I never have before. All my symptoms and complications from my blocked sinuses are gone. My lungs and sinuses are perfect. I'm so thankful for Dr lazor and his team for all the appointments to the quick response from my emails to the surgery and recovery efforts. he is the reason I have my life back. I feel like 1MILLION dollars. He is a true professional at his job and I am so thankful I found him to be my ENT surgeon. He's not one of those in and out doctors. He ended up excising my keloid without radiation and the keloid came back bigger. he refused to acknowledge his mistake. A simple google search would tell you that this is a bad idea. I left worse after visitsing Dr. Lazor and I regret that I was referred to him. DO NOT LET THIS MAN TREAT YOU. YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!
