Dr lazor changed my life. From the moment I met him dr lazor was fantastic. I came in with chronic sinusitis so bad it was affecting my lungs to the point I was loosing my breath. Dr lazor listened to me in depth and took the time to answer all my questions. He put me on a rinse and medication regimen for 4 weeks till my next apt. After my ct scan he saw that all my sinuses were 100% inflamed. I was definitely worse than the average sinitius patient. We determined surgery was my road to take. People who had this surgery told me nightmares about it and the recovery. Dr lazor told me that when he does these surgeries theirs minimal pain after and you barely need Tylenol after. Boy was he right. I had zero pain the moment I woke up from surgery. During my recovery I had zero black and blue on my face and light pressure on my nose from the splints in. I am fully recovered and can breathe through my nose like I never have before. All my symptoms and complications from my blocked sinuses are gone. My lungs and sinuses are perfect. I'm so thankful for Dr lazor and his team for all the appointments to the quick response from my emails to the surgery and recovery efforts. he is the reason I have my life back. I recently saw Dr. Lazor for a septoplasty, turbinate reduction, nasal valve reconstruction and removal of a bone spur. I had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Lazor. The work done was superb and I have not breathed better in my life. Every time I saw Dr. Lazor he made sure to answer any and all questions I had. He is a busy Dr. so don't expect him to sit and chit chat with you about nothing, but if you have questions he will stay with you until all of your questions are answered. If there is anything negative I have to say I'd say it's more on the scheduling end, but I can't really blame the Dr for the scheduling coordinator's lack of response. The one time I had a question for the Dr when I was out of office, the front staff was quick to forward my question and a nurse got back to me that same day. I went into see Dr. Lazar for a consultation for my neck and my face He showed me in the mirror pulling back my neck and my face what it would look like that would be called a mini facelift and mini neck lift .It cost me $8000 I had the surgery with no anesthesia I was wide awake I could feel everything and I could hear him cutting my skin at some point the numbing shots that he gave me would wear off I could actually feel him slicing my skin And when I would tell him they would take a gigantic needle and shoot it right into where he was cutting it was the most traumatic thing I've ever been through !! it was also upstairs in a room that just looks like a bedroom in a house ! his so-called secretary would come in and out to ask how the music was !! I paid cash and now they have no records to give me stating what I paid for . My neck is so wrinkled I look like an old lady almost worse than it was when I went in I look horrible I went back after the surgery and showed him my neck which was all wrinkled almost worse than it was when I went in, I told him he didn't do my neck and I could feel that he didn't do it as he was pulling and cutting my skin laying on the table I also made an appointment and went in again and tried to show him my neck he said I was crazy and he knew I was going to be trouble!! he was offended he treated me horrible and almost threw me out of his office ! he's not a good person I way overpaid for my surgery and now I have to go get it done again I've attempted to call there and I've written letters and sent pictures of my neck I was told he would get back to me with no response from him all I wanted was him to fix it or give me back part of the money for my neck so with that said it's your choice to go in and try to see him but if I knew what I know now I would've gone to somebody else! So sad when you put your self in a Dr care and he makes your life hell for 6+ months with no remorse. Pros: I was able to get appointments fairly easy and without much wait time. The office is conveniently located in Crown Colony in Quincy. Cons: I saw this Doctor 3 times, but what I mean by saw is a PA or doctor in training primarily saw me. It was very frustrating for me as I felt the quality of care was inferior. It seemed that I ended up leading the conversation with the PA and giving my own explanations, which obviously is not what I wanted to do. I brieftly saw Dr. Lazor 3 times and I felt he was briefly aprised of my situation. In short, I felt that my issue was minimized and I didn't get any help, as all 3 appointments were nearly identical with no new advice or treatment offered. In the end, he referred me to another ENT speciialist, which I took as a big "I don't know", in regards to the answer to my issue. I'll seek out another ENT if/when I need it. read more

I think its safe to say that this man probably saved my life. At age 21 I was kicked in the face by a horse and was treated in a hospital in NH (from massachusetts but in NH at time of injury). My lip was hanging off and had lacerations on my chin that continued into the bottom part of my jaw leading into my mouth. I was stitched up and sent home with antibiotics and instructions that I could eat. Two days later my mother scheduled an appointment for me to see Dr. Lazor in the Quincy office to check on the progress of my healing. I've never seen him prior to this and was not one of his patients. He took one look at me and knew something was wrong, two stitches were undone on my chin (this is gross) and he squeezed a ton of puss out.... He immediately admitted me to the hospital for intravenous antibiotics and put me on a liquid diet. He was amazed the hospital in NH let me eat and didn't address the fact that my jowl skin has totally separated from my jaw inside of my mouth. I was a short day away from a bone infection and quite possibly septis. I spent the next two weeks in the hospital and dropped from 110 to 95 pounds, he or his assistant checked on me EVERY day and changed my wick and made sure the healing was on track, it was always a pleasant visit. After leaving the hospital I was set up on a picc line and continued my treatment at home for another week but at that time I could eat (yes!) I had two follow up visits at this time in which he said I could go off the antibiotics but told me that the swelling and redness will take quite some time to fade if at all. I was healed but my scars we're bright red and had huge pits and marks throughout my entire lower face. Think like the surface of mars = my lower face. I had two skin lazer treatments with Dr. Lazor (each a year apart) and can say that my skin is almost back to the way it was, I still have two large scars but are now white and barely visible. So in conclusion, yeah, maybe you'll have to wait in the waiting room for a bit and yeah maybe treatments take one more than one to see results and maybe lazers hurt really bad, but such is life. I was being treated by a dermatologist at MGH for what she originally thought was melasma above my lip, however the treatment she was suggesting wasn't doing anything to clear up the embarrasing dark mark. I was a patient of Dr Lazor 4 years ago I paid over $8000 for a mini face lift, which was a painful recovery, but the results I was guaranteed made the pain worth it. I was assured I would look 15 years younger for at least 10 years. WRONG it has only been 3 years and it doesn't look like I had anything done. I went back for a consultation and to ask where was my quarentee and was told I could spend another $2500. So, therefore there is no promise of continuing to look better. I understand getting older and facial wrinkles will happen, but not after spending this amount of money and over this short of a period of time. My daughter had a severe sore throat with unknown cause. We went to ER, saw other ENT doctor... on antibiotic for over 30 days. Nothing seemed working, as soon as antibiotic stops, pain comes back. We had an appointment with Dr. Lozor, hoping to get his expertise diagnose. We went to the office, saw Dr. Lozor for maybe 3mins in total. He looked at the throat, said it's Strap throat and left. The other time we were either with a nurse or another young lady, not sure who she was. We were sent to test for strep throat, came back negative. Instead of having further exams or tests by Dr. Lazor. The young lady came prescribed another antibiotic WITHOUT knowing what is the problem!!!! Dr. Lazor was nowhere to find. We spent about 5hrs there, got nothing diagnosed. We will have to go to ER again for further diagnose. This is not what a specialty doctor should treat his patient (show up 3min, said the wrong thing and never showed up again?!) Warn you if you have other choices, do not go there. Had co2 fraxel to improve pigmentation and now my skin is worse. Must have burned my face as I now have hypo pigmentation on my right cheek which I was informed can't be treated along with more hyperpigmentation than before treatment. Corse answer was ur one I million this happens to. Procedure was so painful now I know what burned victims go through. I should have known something was not right cause I have high pain tolerance and could hardly get through treatment. I was numbed inside my mouth through injection and topically. If there was chance even 1% chance this could have happened I should have been warned and common sense says do test patch. Drs love to put blame on clients. It was my skin lol . Beware is all I can say if u choose to undergo extreme treatments I've learned less is more. Nothing should be that painful if it is say stop cause chances r ur gonna end up looking worse. All I hear is Lynn what's wrong with your skin? I've spent fortune with Ipl and other less aggressive treatments to try make things better. Something help but only temporarily. After I was healed I had feeling intense pulse light laser could help but he insisted do no more cause it's all about monies. I knew it could help cause that's what I had by him prior. He actually did one treatment and it helped little but obviously it wasn't about fixing what he did he didn't want spend the time and monies to fix my skin which I cry about everyday.
