I am beyond impressed with her service from start to finish. Paris gave me a quote after I sent her photos with a detailed request within an hour. I asked for a deep clean for a property turn over; it included cleaning of the walls, refrigerator (appliances), walls, blinds, and carpet. I was so impressed that I was able to hold off on a list of things I needed to do to the house a while longer than expected. It feels good to not have to go through an app, it was more personable taking this route. I was able to speak with her and get a feel for her before booking. In addition, she charged a reasonable flat rate. Paris showed up on time, with her own supplies, and even communicated throughout on anything she was unsure of. Thank you Paris! This time, she said she had a family emergency come up and had to go out of town, so she wouldn't be able to do the work on Saturday as scheduled. I get it, emergencies happen, but I was already pretty skeptical with the lack of communication before this, so I figure she had just forgotten about it. I asked when we could reschedule and she said "maybe" she'd be back on Monday and "maybe" we could get it done Tuesday or Wednesday. At this point, I was starting to panic, since I'd scheduled my carpet cleaners for Thursday and we had to be completely out of the house by end of week.
