The bad was a few missed drawers, walls that should have been wiped down, and our sink was not shiny at all it had a dull film of whatever was used covering it. The worst part was the destruction of property. I had mentioned we left some items there but they were all out of her way on shelves. Also if the comforter was still damp she could start dryer again but just leave the comforter in the dryer. She decides to take it upon herself to pack everything up for us in the boxes we left. Using our tape to seal the bottoms. In one I have the still damp comforter shoved in the box along with very wrinkly sheets. The box is bulging at the sids ruining the integrity of the box. In box number two there is laundry supplies photos and at the bottom completely destroyed my husbands movie poster... it is ripped and wrinkled... we had left the poor thing nicely rolled up and rubber banded on the shelve out of the way if she had just left everything like I told her this wouldn't have happened. Also we left oven cleaner, wood cleaner, and stainless steel cleaner all of which she took. She offered to return them... but who takes your cleaning supplies??

She saved me from doing a move-out cleaning I had NO energy for so I am forever grateful to her. I thought her pricing was reasonable given the job she had. She does need to realize women don't like to hear their house is a disaster or is really dirty. If she cut that out of her initial quote I bet she'd have more fans and/or better reviews. I will use her services again. I recommend her for move-out cleaning, I have no experience with her for weekly or monthly cleaning.

I called…read moreLadonna this afternoon to see about a same-day cleaning for my apartment and was told she would need to see the place before committing to the job, which is completely understandable. Upon arrival to my street, I received frantic phone calls asking where I was and that she "didn't have time for this," even though she had entered my address incorrectly. After trying to explain that I knew where she was and I could come to her instead of her entering my address into her GPS for a third time, and walking up to meet her - she stared at me, said "I can't." and literally ran away from me to her car and drove away. I haven't provoked that kind of reaction from a woman since getting braces in high school... I understand it was a last-minute request and the cleaning industry is busy this time of year, but that was probably the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had.

Our cleaner arrived promptly and stayed until the entire job was done - beautifully, I might add. Every detail was attended to, all while we finished our last bit of packing. The service provider was friendly, helpful and thorough! End result: the place looked nicer when we left than when we moved in, even our landlord complimented us during the walk through. I was almost sorry to be moving out.

They weren't available in my timeline so I had another team come out and perform a deep cleaning. However, I did ask Hawa to send a house keeper for weekly maintenance 2 days after the deep cleaning wasdone by other team. They came at 12.45pm and left at 6.30pm. And then proceeded to charge us $655 - that's a rate of $60 per person (2 people) per hour. That is unbelievable. And they said it's because deep cleaning was required - which is false because I had literally just got deep cleaning done. When I asked her to tell me how she got to that rate, she said "it is what it is". In short, crooks. I will certainly NOT be using their service, no thank you. And buyer beware. Oh and they didn't even take the trash out...
