He asked my boyfriend for his ID so he could do the test drive when I was the one driving. We tried to negotiate the price of a used car with the sales rep. The car was previously an evo which was not disclosed in the ad and Sebastian had no pictures from when the car was put on aution due to an accident. We tried to negotiate the price of the car and asked if he would speak with his manager to even consider our offer since the car has been on the lot for more than a month. The sales rep refused to even go speak to his manager. He even encouraged us to buy from a different dealership entirely because it was a better price. After further discussion, he said he had someone coming on Friday that he was sure was serious and would buy - he emphasized that was because the person interested is a woman. My partner and I left at this point, beyond annoyed that the sales rep refused to even speak with his manager and the blatant sexism.

All they did was put a new battery in the fob said they checked it & all good to go. I have zero trust with this key. All I'm looking for is to return a faulty fob & get my money back. The manager Eric kept interrupting me as well & he called me condescending on the phone. I asked for an in person meeting & I feel I'm getting no where wit's this huge company. i just want a key that I have confidence in that will work. Replacing a battery doesn't mean it doesn't have glitches. Do not use this company. They just don't care about the customer. And don't ask Eric to call you back cuz if he does and doesn't reach you he won't try to connect again. bad bad bad bad service. Plus I was quoted 450 for key fob I ended up paying over $700. they just don't care.

This place came highly recommended by a friend who's a total car nut, so we're glad we listened…read more Our car had a serious transmission problem (she ran, but in screeching protest), plus needed some brake work. These guys were honest, fast and competent - all good things in a mechanic. Not especially cheap, but that's to be expected. But it was a reasonable price for the amount and quality of work/parts required. The only downside was the length of time we had to wait when going to pick up the car up. I really don't know what they were doing back there with all the paperwork... the guys are super nice, and they do like to chat, though. Which leads to another little downside - being totally disabused of my notion of owning one of those cute little Minis, like the one I saw in the shop. According to the mechanics, Minis are prone to transmission problems - and for whatever reason, cost thousands more to fix than our Honda. Which, incidentally, is purring like a kitten and stopping on a dime.

I probably owe him 40 more American cents, since it was $0.964 CDN to $1.00US dollar today. Oh well, this should make up for the $1.31CDN per litter gasoline (do the math, about 4 litters per US gallon), that's over $5.00US/gallon. I won't cry any more about our Bay Area gasoline price.

Wouldn't recommend OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody to anyone. They have shown very little concern for…read moretheir customers. I purchased a used 2014 BMW from this dealership and have had nothing but ongoing problems with both the vehicle and the dealership's staff. After discovering oil contamination in the coolant, I was originally under the impression that the head gasket had been replaced under OpenRoad's 90-day used vehicle warranty. After getting my car back, I later found out that the head gasket had never been replaced and that only the oil filter housing gasket had been replaced instead. I repeatedly asked Mazda whether this had resolved the issue and whether any further repairs would be needed, and I was reassured that the problem had been resolved. In my experience, the 90-day used vehicle warranty was not properly honoured. Instead of addressing the underlying issue, the repair ultimately felt like a temporary band-aid fix, which left me dealing with the same problem again months later, which was not honoured by the same warranty. Several months later, the coolant became brown again. I brought the car back to Mazda, but after weeks of going back and forth, I was told there was nothing they could do. I eventually decided to bring the vehicle to OpenRoad BMW. My experience with BMW was completely different--they were professional, honest, and treated me well. BMW advised me that the current issues were likely related to the previous work performed by Mazda under warranty. I then spent weeks trying to resolve the issue with Clarence, the General Manager at Mazda Port Moody. I was repeatedly told that the repairs would not be covered, despite BMW advising that the current issues were likely related to the original warranty work. Communication with the management at Mazda Port Moody was extremely frustrating. I called multiple times trying to get answers, was repeatedly told that I would receive a call back, and often never heard back. This went on for weeks while my vehicle was sitting at BMW and was not drivable. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional, and based on my experience, I would not recommend OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody to anyone.
